A decent hotel overall, although the location isn’t particularly convenient. Compared to some other Mitsui Garden hotels, this one is fairly basic when it comes to facilities, with no gym or indoor onsen. That said, the hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful as always. Overall, it’s a perfectly fine option if you find a good rate or can’t find anything better or cheaper nearby, but there’s nothing particularly special about it.

Very nice hotel with convenient location close to Tokyo Station. It us just 20 min walk to Ginza 6 shopping areas. Lots of nice shops and restaurants in a walking distance. There is a breakfast at a Cafe on the 2nd floor for a fee. The hotel staff is very nice and the room on a small size, expected in Tokyo but very well kept and clean. Reasonable price.
We stayed here twice during the recent trip, overnight on the 14th floor over a weekend, and then for three nights at 12-11. The first trip was in a standard room, which was okay and had space enough to lay out the large suitcases. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the room had a very tiny safe (not large enough for an Ipad), a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. For the second stay, we opted for a larger superior room. Instead, we got almost a similar layout as the standard room before, but with a mini corridor which was basically useless to us. This room had a larger safe big enough for Ipads. Room cleaning was daily, which was great. There are no onsen facilities, which was quite disappointing as I had thought all Mitsui hotels would have this (we even had one in Taipei), but they did provide drinks and snacks in the second floor lobby each evening. Location is great, as Tokyo station is about 6-7 minutes walk, while Ginza and Kyobashi station are 10 minutes walk in the other direction. There are several dining options, including Excelsior Cafe next door, and a Meidi ya supermarket near Kyobashi station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. There were ample charging points in the room, but wifi was a tad slow especially in the evenings. The lifts were super slow at times as well, and the lobby is on the second floor.
This hotel is proof of Japan’s impeccable customer service and hospitality. It exceeded all of our expectations — I would give it 20 stars if I could. The hotel is also affordable, which made the experience even more impressive. From the moment we checked in, we were amazed by the service. We had accidentally booked a smoking room even though we don’t smoke, but the room was incredible — there wasn’t even the slightest smell of tobacco. Everything was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel even provided pyjamas. Many hotels nowadays no longer provide basic amenities like toothbrushes in the name of environmental sustainability, but this hotel gives guests the choice instead. They keep all the supplies in the lobby, and guests can take whatever they need. The room also came with high-quality drinking water, and the best part was that we could request more from reception anytime. They even provided complimentary snacks. I was honestly so impressed because they truly don’t skimp or cut corners anywhere. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. This hotel is a perfect example of Japanese hospitality. I was genuinely sad to check out because this is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Great location close to Tokyo station and walkable to Ginza if that’s where you want to be. Rooms feel spacious. The lounge area by the lobby is a good feature as is the hospitality lounge available directed coffee and snacks in the early evening. Service can be a little disorganised with different responses from various staff members.
