Very good location - walking distance to main Ginza area and metro stations. Amazing service - employees are very kind and cleaners come every day. Very good amenities and rooms are cozy yet spacious - very modern with powerful AC and heater.
Amazing stay! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging our phones and battery banks, which made things so convenient. It’s our first time visiting Japan, and the staff truly made us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
We stayed in the Pokemon room and enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the front desk staff was hospitable and friendly. Location is very convenient, especially if you need to travel to Haneda Airport as it is accessible by only taking one train line and a very short walk to the hotel. Many stores and convenient store nearby.
The hotel also offer free rental items to which we didn’t utilize but would definitely recommend. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Tokyo.

Room set up worked well for our family of 5 and all our belongings.
We were able to hire a stroller at reception easily.
Location easy to walk to Ginza main area + subways etc.
Felt very safe and area relatively quiet.
The dryer was the only thing, if anything, to mention as we had difficulty getting our clothes dry even after 90mins in dryer.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a nice spacious room with kitchen and dining table. We had the unit with a bunk bed so my daughter loved it. There's not much of a view but that's OK. The bathroom is spacious and nice.
Location is quiet and safe. There's a grocery store across the street and 7/11 nearby. Not too many restaurant options that are not bars or foreign friendly but that's OK. Train station is not far away.
They don't give much amenities likes, tooth brushes or snacks or ice. But they do have games and cooking appliances you can use.
Staff is friendly and speaks english.
For the price I would recommend staying here if you have a family or are staying for more then a few days because it feels like renting an apartment over a hotel room.
