I loved that I was taken care like a family, Jovie from room dining was so kind and courteous and honestly every staff at the hotel was so kind and always ready to assist the best way. The welcome was so warm, so the ground staff and people at reception were so lovely! My food preferences were very well taken care by room dining, the cleanliness was spot on in the room and everywhere. Everything about the place was so positive. I can't wait to come back and stay at Mandarin Oriental again! Thank you!
The Mandarin Hotel was an amazing hotel for our familt vacation. But the true highlight was the Mandarin Bar. The food was exceptional as always, but the service was unmatched. Saki, our waiter was one of the best we have ever had. He paid attention to detail, never missed an order, brought us parting gifts, made sure the champagne wasnt flat, was kind, bubbly, extroverted, and did everything with such genuine care and kindness which really made our last night so memorable.

An Exceptional Stay at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo
We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo for 3 nights, and once again, it was a truly wonderful experience that exceeded expectations.
Our sincere thanks to the team at MO Tokyo for the room upgrade to a beautifully spacious and well-appointed room, offering stunning views of Mount Fuji. Being able to enjoy the sunset over Mount Fuji from our room was simply unforgettable, which was a special highlight of the stay.
The concierge team was excellent, efficiently arranging our dining reservations ahead of arrival via the app’s chat function.
Breakfast each morning was a delight, and compliments to the pastry chef. The croissants were made to perfection, with a crisp, delicate crust and buttery flakes that quite literally burst in the mouth.
We also had lunch at Pizza Bar on the 38th, which was an amazing experience. I never imagined pizza could be elevated to such a refined, fine dining level.
A special thank you to Mr Simon Cheung, Assistant Manager, for his warm and personable hospitality. He made sure we felt completely at home throughout our stay, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Also our friendly server Tanako Taketo who made our meals even more enjoyable with his warm smile.
Mandarin Oriental Tokyo continues to set the benchmark for thoughtful luxury and impeccable service. We look forward to returning.
This hotel was above our expectations. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our whole stay. The rooms were spacious and well presented. I loved the cherry blossom paintings above the beds. The attention to detail was perfect and exceeded expectations; e.g., our cables were neatly clipped together, and the room was clean. They were so welcoming to babies throughout our entire stay and had a cot with all high-quality baby amenities in the room. I also loved that you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. And the mixture of buffet and à la carte breakfast is divine.
