Just back from a wonderful 7-night stay. We tend to have very high standards for accommodation (usually book hotels that received five stars on Forbes), but stayed here due to a group tour itinerary. We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The hotel operates at a caliber well beyond its peers. Accommodating our very early check-in set the tone for a stay filled with attentive, thoughtful hospitality. Another huge highlight: the partnership with the 5th-floor fitness club, which offers far better equipment and space than the typical hotel gym. Honestly would stay again. Highly recommend.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Mini bar was well stocked with snacks and juices that are complimentary (alcohol is chargeable tho). Also well equipped with in room water dispenser tap, kettle and coffee machine. And most imptly, they have blackout curtains for a good sleep!
My family and I just wrapped up a one week stay in their standard suite and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was absolutely delicious (great Globalist perk) and the service was impeccable. The staff loved to interact with my 14 month old, which was sweet. The location was great overall with the subway being directly below you. However, the building the hotel is located in is not very intuitive to access and can be confusing. But once you get the hang of it and know where you are going, it’s fine. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Tokyo.
We had a wonderful stay at the Toranomon Hills Hotel, Tokyo and it was the perfect start to our trip to Japan. The hotel is stunning, brand new, and everything felt very clean and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes. We really appreciated the location. It’s slightly outside the busiest parts of Tokyo, which made it feel calm and relaxing to come back to. At the same time, it’s extremely convenient—Ginza is just a couple of stops away or a quick cab ride, and it’s very easy to access the train station right from the hotel via the escalator outside. The surrounding area is also really nice and well planned, with a clean, open plaza and a 7-Eleven right in the station/Toranomon Hills complex, which was super convenient. We stayed for the first part of our trip, then spent time in Kyoto and Osaka, and had planned to come back for one final night in Tokyo before our flight home because we enjoyed it so much. Unfortunately it was fully booked at that point, and when availability did open up later, the rates were quite high. I also mentioned to the front desk and followed up by email that we would have loved to return, but didn’t really hear back, which was a little disappointing. Although we didn’t get to fully use all the amenities since we were out exploring most of the time, we did enjoy the lounge, which had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower and was a really nice space to unwind. Overall, we’re really glad we stayed here. It felt peaceful, comfortable, and well connected—perfect balance between quiet luxury and easy access to the city, and we would definitely stay again in the future.
This was our second stay at this hotel in Tokyo, and it somehow managed to exceed our already high expectations. From the moment we arrived, I truly felt valued as a Globalist member, being upgraded, welcomed with a thoughtful note, and receiving a lovely welcome gift made the experience feel personal and special right from the start. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Tokyo. It’s incredibly convenient to reach all the major areas, and having a train station just steps away made getting around effortless. On top of that, the building itself has a great selection of shops and restaurants, which made everything feel even more accessible. The hotel is beautifully maintained, modern, spotless, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The staff consistently delivered warm, genuine hospitality that made us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a well-presented buffet offering a wide variety of delicious options. And the little touches in the room really stood out. Things like clean drinking water readily available and a Dyson hair dryer added an extra level of comfort and luxury. Returning here for a second stay only reinforced how much we love this hotel. It’s a place we’d happily come back to again and again when visiting Tokyo.
