The room was incredibly peaceful. I was quite ill during our stay and slept almost continuously for 24 hours, making it one of the most restful moments of my entire illness! The room was spacious and comfortable. Although the location is a little less convenient to get to, I think that, by Tokyo standards, staying a bit further from the centre is a reasonable trade-off if you don't want to compromise on comfort. Breakfast was included. I can't say it was delicious or of particularly high standard, but it was okay. I would suggest that the hotel buy a new toaster, as the current one barely works and can take up to 5-6 minutes, which is quite long for such a large hotel. I would also like to give special thanks to the person who took care of our room. Knowing I was ill, she was so thoughtful and efficient, taking care of everything. I really appreciated her kindness and the lovely way she made our stay more comfortable. Thank you so much!

Rooms were a decent size, no smells, stains very clean service was excellent everyone was so kind and helpful. The restaurant brunch I was not a fan, food was different soggy and raw or cold. But this hotel was center of everything needed thank you for the wonderful stay. If you want a soft mattress this is not the place for you.
This was one of the best hotels in our stay in all of Japan. But its expensive, for $150-$250 a night, it should include breakfast. Theres not much of a lobby, just a long bench for 8 people maybe. They could open it up and let you sit in the restaurant area, Or have more chairs in recepetion. Mayne they dont need to, as they get good clientele already.. It has all the mod cons and opening and closing toilet automatic. The bath is a little bit short approx 1m, But the beds are comfortable. The view is sensational. There is no onsen or gym which is disappointing. The breakfast is $24 each. If you don't have it included in your price, but it was worth it. It is right near team labs and toyosu station and toyosu market. But the market is overpriced for food.
A modern, spotless, blissfully quiet hotel that makes staying in Toyosu surprisingly easy. Rooms are compact in the classic Tokyo way, but the layout is so smart you barely notice the size — everything has a place, nothing feels cramped, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. The bathroom feels like it belongs to a pricier hotel, with great water pressure and a deep tub that’s perfect after a long day. The location is ideal if you’re doing anything in Toyosu or Odaiba: close to the station, close to the bay, and in a calm, clean neighborhood that’s easy to navigate. Staff are friendly, efficient, and keep the whole operation running smoothly without ever feeling intrusive. Just a consistently comfortable, well‑run hotel that delivers exactly what you want from a modern Tokyo stay. Zero complaints.
Our accommodations were impeccably maintained, although they were somewhat compact. The room we were allocated featured two individual twin beds, which presented an unusual sleeping arrangement for my husband and me. Fortunately, our stay was limited to a single night before our departure to the airport for our return journey. The in-room amenities met our expectations. The bathroom included a distinct wet room, equipped with a compact yet deep bathtub and an open shower positioned adjacent to the tub, which resulted in the tub becoming wet during showering. The glass door of this wet room also served as the shower door. A particularly appreciated feature was the provision of a fabric and room spray, which proved highly effective for refreshing garments, especially for items we intended to re-wear the following day. The hotel's breakfast service was satisfactory. Furthermore, the hotel staff consistently demonstrated a high level of helpfulness and amiability.
