We have booked a Twin Room with extra sofa bed through Trip.com. Going through the reviews before we made the booking. As described the room was good and clean. It is not easy to find a room to accommodate 3 adults, most of the hotels in Japan would only force the guests to book two rooms to fit in 3 adults. The hotel room is in good size at the price we paid, we can still be able to put 2 large and 2 small suitcases and manage to walk around the room. Besides, the self serve laundry is big enough where you can even lock the luggages while we did the laundry. It is easy to operate and pay. Compared to the hotel (only old fashioned washer and dryer) where I stayed early this year, the laundry facilities were excellent at Hotel Gracery Ginza. They are high tech but easy to operate, just follow the instructions to do the laundry. Impressive👍🏻👍🏻 Staffs at the front desk are helpful and patient. They showed their professional services. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends if they travel Tokyo.

I stayed at Hotel Gracery Ginza and found it to be a really comfortable base for exploring Tokyo. The room was on the compact side, so packing light would definitely make things easier, but the bed was firm in a way I liked and the overall stay felt practical and pleasant. For the area, it was a solid choice and I’d happily stay again.
Hotel is the size of a boutique hotel but staff, especially cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. Bathroom is a little dated but were clean. The lobby is on 3rd floor so you have to take an elevator from the small 1st floor elevator entrance across the Lion Beer Hall building. There is only one restaurant (Sakura). Their breakfast buffet is Japanese breakfast buffet style. There is laundry facilities (requires payment, separate cashless payment for washer and dryer. You can leave your luggage in a secure self-service locker room area in same secure laundry machine area. The hotel lobby provides free drinks for guests and has a small waiting area. Also, don't forget to use the luggage scale in front of waiting area after you pack before you leave for airport to avoid overweight penalty checkin baggage fees.
Clean hotel, polite and helpful staff, affordable, comfortable beds (they are firm, but I like firm), and perfect location. The rooms are small, so you may need to play Tetris if you have a lot of luggage. Not a big deal, especially since you’ll spend your days exploring.
The hotel gracery ginza is all location. The room was not comfortable. You can hear water running anytime a room semi adjacent to you is using it, like a little high pitch huming in the morning and even through the night. You can hear your neighbor doing anything. The bed is uncomfortable, even for Japan standards. The cleaners never did drop off any spare towels when we didn't want the room cleaned. The saving Gracery is the location, which is central to everything. Location 5/5, front desk 4/5, room 2/5.
