Highly recommend this hotel for many reasons! Location is super convenient: just minutes walk away from the Kaminarimon Gate and Senso-ji; you can get really nice photos without tourists if you want to go early. Hundreds of restaurants 5-10 min walk away, as well as Don Quixote close by for shopping. Close walk to Asakusa station and near many subway entrances for both Asakusa and Ginza lines, which connect directly or are one transfer away from a majority of Tokyo. Neighborhood is very quiet at night (if you want to do a lot of night life activities consider Shinjuku) Rooms are a bit small but we easily had room for all our luggage. Basic amenities like towels, soaps, room slippers, etc. all provided. Washing machine and dryer available on the second floor alongside a cold/hot water machine and an ice machine, perfect for filling up bottles on the way out each morning. Bathroom has the tub and shower all in a single room, with the toilet and sink separate. Checking in was very straightforward. The staff were very accommodating.

Loved this hotel and would definitely return! This hotel has all you need. They provide basic things like toiletries, towels. They also provide additional things that we really appreciated such as a set of pajamas, deodorant sanitizer clothes spray, room slippers, facial cleanser, hairties etc. They also provide a common washer and dryer which are operable by coins, vending machine, water dispenser and ice dispenser. Room is small but clean and cozy with a large TV, a sofa, and even a bath tub! We got a high level room and it has an amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree. Location is great. Just a 5 mins walk from Asakusa station which has a direct line to and from Narita Airport, Ginza, Ueno, Tsukiji. It is also within walking distance of Senso-Ji temple and Tokyo Skytree.
I highly recommend staying here. Convenient location. Skincare and toiletries provided. Their skincare products are amazing, by the way. There’s a luggage forwarding company that does pick up from the hotel. There’s also a nearby grocery store called Ozeki which is cheaper than a konbini. I didn’t mind the size of the room. But I upgraded my room to a view of the Tokyo Skytree which was really nice to look especially at night. One thing to improve on is perhaps their filtering system. I noticed that the room was dusty even after cleaning. So not sure if it has something to do with that. But would be great if hotel management can look into that. Overall, I love my stay at this hotel.
I enjoyed my 5-night stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa. This was my third trip to Tokyo and my first stay in Asakusa. It's conveniently located with easy access to/from Haneda and Narita. Great connections to the rest of Tokyo via bus and the Ginza/Asakusa lines. Within walking distance to Sensō-ji temple and dozens of restaurants. As for the hotel itself, I had a pleasant time. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. I had very little interaction with the staff, but each time they were polite and courteous. The room I stayed in was also modern, clean and comfortable. It's your typical Tokyo hotel room. It is on the smaller side and had a firm bed (which is my preference). I had no issues with noise as the hotel was tucked away in a little side street. The bathroom was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The shower was enclosed in a wet-room with a tub. The toilet was separate from the shower. My only gripe was that my room was facing another nearby hotel that kept its very bright lights on all night. I typically enjoy sleeping with the sheer curtain down as I like to wake up to daylight. I did have to roll down the blackout curtain to keep the light from the neighboring hotel out and in turn, I would wake up in darkness in the morning. As far as space is concerned, it was perfect for my needs as a solo traveler. I could not keep my large suitcase open all the time, but there was enough room for me to store it upright. I was able to store my carry-on and keep it open all the time. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend staying here.
Last week we came back from two weeks in Tokyo and we spent both weeks in this hotel. Had a room with a great view on the Skytree! The room was quiet, so that was excellent. To get the cons out of the way: the room was fairly small, but we managed just fine (and are aware of the fact that nearly all hotels in Tokyo have small rooms), the bed was way smaller than ours at home (which again is understandable), and it could get a bit warm in the room since the airco didn’t go lower than 20/21 Celsius. Besides being small the bed was good enough! Every employee in the hotel was super friendly and kind, especially the staff who worked in the breakfast room. The food itself was good too! The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to two metro lines (Asakusa line and Ginza line), and Senso-Ji Temple and Skytree on a walking distance. If you want to wake up early to make pictures of the Temple without loads of tourists this is the place to stay. We were there ten minutes after our alarm. The cleaning staff also did a great job!
