Hilton Tokyo Bay

We loved this Hilton! Sora Terakado was the icing on the cake, helping us with our luggage and to get in the proper line for the shuttle to the airport. The location is incredibly ideal. You can walk across the street to Disney Sea. They have a free shuttle to the train station and from there you can go exploring in the city or walk a little bit to Tokyo Disney. If you have Diamond status, you get free breakfast and a wonderful cocktail hour every evening with lots of hors d’ouevres and delicious drinks. You also get access to an incredible pool, sauna and gym. But most of all, the staff is incredibly special — so friendly, and doing everything they can to overcome the language barrier. My granddaughter adored the play area where she played with other children from around the world and we watched some movies as well. From my room, we saw the entire Tokyo skyline and even Mount Fuji one day! Unforgettable!

Lovely hotel - huge rooms, comfortable bed, great view of the bay, and great breakfast which was included with our Hilton honors status. Easy walk to the train station and so convenient for going to either Disney park. Perfect place to stay and rest between park visits. We will definitely stay here again when going to Disney in Tokyo. Staff at check in was so helpful.great service The two Lawsons on site were amazing to have especially for a late night snack.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Clean rooms and fun themed rooms for kids if you get that category of room. Kids loved it, and more room then your average tokyo room. It is a bit out of the way of you want to do anything outside of the disney area. But if all you want is disney then Great location. If you're gluten free/celiac's disease there isn't much for you outside of the Lawsons or family mart inside the hotel with rice balls. But that's typical in Japan everything had wheat in it. This is probably the hardest country we've had to navigate so far.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Disney Resort, especially families. The hotel is extremely family friendly and the rooms are both comfortable and charming, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. We stayed in a Bay View Room, which was a wonderful bonus and made our stay feel even more special. As Hilton Honors members, we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our booking included breakfast, which is served buffet style each morning. There was an excellent variety of food on offer and despite the popularity of the restaurant, seating was efficient and we never had to wait long. One of the most convenient features was the Lawson convenience store located on the ground floor. It was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks after returning from a long day at the parks. The hotel's location is excellent for Disney visitors. A short shuttle ride connects guests to the Disney Resort Line monorail station and the nearby shopping mall, which offers plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, helpful and our room was always clean, comfortable and well maintained. My only criticism relates to the dinner buffet. The hotel's website advertises a signature Japanese burger option however, upon being seated, we were informed that it was unavailable. This felt somewhat misleading, particularly given the buffet price of ¥7,300 per person. It would be helpful if the hotel updated its advertising to better reflect current offerings. Aside from that disappointment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book Hilton Tokyo Bay again for a future Disney trip.
