Conrad Tokyo

Kelsey and I are staying at the beautiful Conrad Tokyo for four days in an Executive Room, and our experience was so far is absolutely magnificent! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s stunning beauty, elegant atmosphere, and luxurious accommodations. Everything felt sophisticated, relaxing, and truly special. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was our incredible concierge, Akari! She greeted us as soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 28th floor, and from that very first moment, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. Akari was exceptionally respectful, helpful, warm, and so much fun to talk to. Her personality and dedication to providing excellent customer service made a lasting impression on both of us. It’s one thing to stay at a beautiful luxury hotel, but it’s another to encounter someone who makes you feel personally valued and cared for. Akari truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and we cannot thank her enough for her kindness and hospitality. For the 28th floor bar lounge Sanekata was absolutely remarkable, very welcoming and she was always one call away when serving us. Right when Kelsey wanted another drink Sanekata was there to serve her. Very well done. Thank you to the entire Conrad Tokyo team for making our four day stay so wonderful, and a very special thank you to Sanekata and Akari for making us feel right at home. This is one of the top three hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service is wonderful, and the night view is so beautiful that I could watch it for hours. Guests also receive a cute bear keychain and a fairly large duck as souvenirs. The breakfast is on another level. It’s better than what I’ve had at even upscale restaurants in the U.S. The buffet has lots of Japanese food, including delicious sashimi that you can enjoy first thing in the morning. You can also watch the beautiful city of Tokyo come to life. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tokyo area. The staff are so kind, the lobby is beautiful, and I absolutely love this hotel. Just to clarify: the little doll next to the breakfast photo doesn’t come with the hotel 😂 It’s mine! His name is Monchhichi, and I bought him in Japan.

Let me tell you, this is the best location and nicest property I’ve ever stayed out. Since I’m a diamond member at Hilton I got the honor of checking in at the executive lounge on the higher floor. It was beautiful, my host was Masa, the best I’ve ever witnessed. So polite and very attentive, very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and told me a few good local spots that I went too and loved. The restaurants on site were amazing, great cocktails at the bar. Now for the room, it was a suite with the corner bay view and it definitely made up great memories to come. Last day of check out met the general manager and was very nice and smart. I respect everyone here and will be back absolutely next time I’m in Tokyo

If you get a chance to stay here, DO IT. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at this was one of the most amazing experiences ever. We got a Twin Suite City View and it's was amazing. Very luxurious and so many great views in this hotel. Not only from our room, but from the dining, bar and executive lounge areas. Simply stunning. The hotel staff was so friendly and attentive and even helped up with getting cabs and getting us to our locations. Truly a treat to stay here - one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. It's also convenient to the Ginza area where there are so many beautiful buildings and shopping there - also close to subways/trains. Definitely worth it.
