The hotel feels safe and check-in/check-out is easy with iPads, which is convenient. The location is great — nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant options nearby. However, there is a yakiniku restaurant right in front of the hotel, and every night the BBQ smell is very strong. Unfortunately, the smell comes into the hotel room as well, which was unpleasant and gave me a headache.

Love the location. I only give 3 star because Room 302 has smell of cigarettes and it is a non smoking room. The floor was also dusty highlighted by the lights. The smell was my biggest issue Other than that, the room was spacious and had a long beautiful kitchen island. It is very comfortable to sit and eat in the kitchen area. Check-in was automated and it was easy to get in and out without an actual person or physical attendants checking you in. Supplies and washing machine /dryer are accessible 24 hours on the 6th floor. Showers/bathroom were fully stocked and clean. Water pressure was excellent. Hallways were quiet. You will only hear the outside activities which was expected for the area near restaurants and bars. Shopping is super close to Midtown as well as my favorite Don Quixotes for last minute souvenirs.
Adequate but not a four star hotel, more like a very nice hostel with individual rooms. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes walk from the metro station, and the room was spacious (for Tokyo) and nicely appointed. However, there are no staff on site, meaning nobody available to solve urgent issues unless you have a SIM that can call local numbers - they were however quite fast to respond via email. There was no safe in the room (!) and no way of having an iron and ironing board brought to the room - guests have to take things to a shared laundry facility like in a hostel - no housekeeping unless you request it for an additional fee, and the room was quite dusty. We were lucky to be on a higher floor but I can imagine that the rooms on the lower floors were noisy as the place is right on a busy nightlife street. Convenient and mostly pleasant, but just manage your expectations.
Situated close to the station with tons of eatery options around! The space was really nice as well - we loved our room and all the amenities provided. The top floor has very convenient washer/dryers, as well as additional amenities if you run out. The check-in and check-out process is fully person-less. We never ran into an employee in the hotel. The sound barrier between the rooms was also good, we never heard our neighbors.
Stayed here for a week. The room was nice and clean. It's a good location to the subway, They have a washing and drying machine for clothes. I would stay here again. We did have kids, 13 and 9. We stayed on the 5th floor and were very quiet. The area is a little bit of a party on week nights but the people seem like friendly businesses people. The weekends were pretty quiet.
