Absolutely magnificent from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The Bulgari Hotel Tokyo delivers an exceptional experience in every detail, from the beautiful atmosphere and impeccable service to its restaurants, where everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Do not leave without trying their famous Bomba, especially the Vitello Tonnato, which was one of the highlights of our visit. The views from the hotel are also spectacular and make the entire experience even more special. A special shout out to Simon, the breakfast manager, who was absolutely fantastic and made our mornings at the hotel even more enjoyable with his outstanding service and attention. A truly beautiful property and an exceptional experience in Tokyo from beginning to end. Anaya, the personal trainer was also great! 😊

If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime luxury hotel experience in Tokyo, Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo is an outstanding choice. Located above Tokyo Station, it offers one of the most convenient locations for international travelers, with easy access to the Shinkansen, airports, Ginza, and the Imperial Palace. The hotel beautifully combines Italian elegance with Japanese hospitality. Every detail, from the sophisticated rooms to the impeccable service, reflects exceptional quality. The panoramic views of Tokyo from the upper floors are breathtaking, especially at sunset and after dark. The restaurants, bar, and spa make it easy to spend an entire day without leaving the hotel. Even if you’re celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, or a special trip to Japan, this hotel creates unforgettable memories. Tokyo is home to many world-class luxury hotels, but Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo offers a unique blend of timeless Italian style and refined Japanese craftsmanship. It’s an experience that is worth every moment.
Our stay at Bulgari Hotel Tokyo was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel blends understated luxury with impeccable Japanese hospitality, creating an experience that felt both elegant and deeply relaxing. Every detail — from the beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking city views to the outstanding service — was flawless. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, refined, and incredibly exclusive without ever feeling pretentious. The dining, spa, and overall ambiance exceeded every expectation. Without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had in Tokyo. We cannot wait to return.
An absolutely unforgettable stay at Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. From the moment I arrived, everything felt incredibly luxurious yet calm. The design beautifully blends Italian elegance with Japanese craftsmanship, and the views from the room were simply breathtaking. The service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive, warm, and made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The spa and pool were highlights, and I could have easily spent the entire day relaxing there. Dining was also exceptional, especially the sushi experience and the bar with its stunning city views. This hotel offers not just a place to stay, but a complete experience. I would definitely come back again.
For our first trip to Japan we wanted something well located, luxurious and comfortable. We could not have made a better choice. The location directly adjacent to Tokyo station meant we had access to the JR lines, the subway and the shinkashin. The hotel is also connected to a vast underground shopping and eating complex. The hotel itself feels small and exclusive, with personalized service. For example, when we took the shinkashin to Kyoto the hotel not only arranged our Mt Fuji side seats, but walked us through the vast underground maze to the shinkashin entrance so we could not get lost. They had wonderful recommendations for dining which they booked for us. Check-in is in your room. Never a problem getting hold of the concierge. The rooms are luxurious with gorgeous views of Tokyo from both sides of the building. We stayed in the Tokyo Bay side during the first part of our trip and returned at the end to stay on the imperial Palace side. Unfortunately, there can be a lot of clouds and about smog, but one late afternoon we returned to the room from shopping and suddenly, there it was, Mt Fuji in the distance. I also loved the in house sushi restaurant, the rooftop bar and the fabulous breakfasts. The well equipped gym is also a real treat. Overall, there are quite a few luxury hotels in Tokyo and especially around Tokyo station. But I find it hard to imagine one which could be better than the Bulgari. I would not stay anywhere else.
