Our flight was delayed, and driver waited at airport for us with our name. Driver gave us introduction to the city on the way to hotel. Great and reliable service!
This is a great service. Our flight was delayed and then our luggage was slow so we really held things up, but that was no issue for our driver who was waiting patiently. Friendly, efficient and cost effective.
We were delayed in our arrival but were able to change the pickup without difficulty. Our driver was very nice and courteous.
Driver was knowledgeable and friendly I was traveling solo and felt very safe using Viator as my car service
Efficient, seamless transfer from airport to downtown hotel. Driver informative, easy to interact with. Very pleased.
Driver arrived early and got us to the airport efficiently. Good communication with the company in the days before the scheduled pickup.
Well coordinated and responsive service, on time courteous friendly.. All In all great service awesome
Our driver Vasili was thorough and gave us a heads up through text while we were waiting at passport control. He got us to where we needed to go without added stress.
The driver was very punctual to pick us up from the hotel, offered to help us with our luggage, very polite, funny and enthusiastic, second time booking the services of this company, very satisfied!
Amazing transfer service! Highly recommend. We arrived in Thessaloniki and the queue for passport control was so long! But our driver waited patiently for us. Communication was amazing, we had such a good experience we booked the transfer back to the airport. We had tips of what to go see and do, and what to try whilst we were there. 5* service.
After booking, company contacted us to discuss arrival arrangements. We were slightly delayed, driver still met us at pickup point. Friendly seamless transfer, comfortable vehicle.
Good communication at booking. Prompt, professional and courteous driver for an early morning transfer to the airport.
My hotel destination changed from the airport and I inform the driver about the change. He was more than happy to drive me to the new destination. I was pleased with that
I am glad we booked this airport transfer. We were delayed coming out of the airport due to an issue with our luggage. The driver reached out to me via WhatsApp, and stayed at the airport while we sorted out the luggage issue. He was friendly and knowledgable
Driver was waiting for us with a card with our name on it at the baggage claim exit. Very visible and easy to notice. I highly recommend this transfer.
The driver was very good. Helped me with my bags and provided some good insights on the city. Would recommend to anyone needing an efficient airport transfer
Our flight was delayed and changed. Nevertheless our driver was there and in good spirits. Great value and I heartily reccomend.
My driver was waiting for me when I left the airport and got me to my destination on time. He was courteous and professional.
After being delayed by several hours it was easy to get the info to them, and they monitored our flight number and were there and easy to find on arrival. Everything with this company went great from start to finish! Highly recommended.
Driver was punctual and courteous. Ride was very comfortable and drop off point was easy. Definitely recommend their service. 10/10.
On time, a taxi showed up (we know that they double as private drivers, too) and the driver was nice, the car clean, he was a good driver, and the transfer to the airport was fast and smooth. We appreciated booking the ride through Viator because there was no haggling. It was perfect!
We were given a wonderful history of Thessaloniki and Greece. Our driver was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
On time service waiting for me when I arrived. Pleasant driver. Convenience service. Would use again. A+ service.
Everything was as promised. Driver waiting with a sign when we arrived, he was friendly but not talkative (which was great because we were all so jetlagged) & he even assisted us w/luggage, car was station wagon w/plenty of room for all our bags, had a smooth ride to our hotel.
It seems Greeks are rude and only want your money I would not recommend travel to Greece …. GO to Rome ,Jerusalem , Paris ,instabul
We were met as we exited the airport. Luggage Loading and the ride was easy. No problems at all. Good, courteous driver. Thanks!
First time in Thessaloniki and the plane was late - Driver was there with name on board and stayed till I arrived - Car had AC and the drive to hotel was around 20 minutes - Very small airport and easy to pick out transfer service. Highly recommend this service as Fare $ is a little cheaper than Uber (which I used to get back to the airport) and better than picking up a taxi at the airport - Use them as you will be happy with the treatment and transfer -
Extremely friendly and perfectly on time! The driver gave me some excellent tips for the continuation of my travels and because of him I saw a stunning village I would otherwise never have seen. Thanks!
It was all great! The Costa driver, already waiting for us at the landing gate with a sign with my name. It was all very practical
Punctual and reliable! Good communication in advance regarding the time of collection. Very friendly driver! Gladly again
Je recommande ce service. Sérieux et efficace. J’étais attendue avec une pancarte affichant mon nom.
