Capsis Bristol Boutique Hotel is a charm-filled gem in Thessaloniki and a great choice for a short, two-night stay! The property has so much unique character with its vintage feel and antique-decorated rooms, which are exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The location couldn't be better, it is right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood within easy walking distance of countless coffee shops, fantastic restaurants, and fun nightlife. The front desk team was wonderful, welcoming, and very accommodating (we were even thrilled to receive a room upgrade!). While the breakfast was just okay compared to the rest of the experience, the hotel's charm, prime location, super clean facilities, and warm service make it an easy property to recommend for clients exploring Thessaloniki.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location right in the heart of Ladadika. We stayed here for 5 nights in August as English speaking tourists and had no problem. The staff here were super helpful and let us check in 2 hours early as we were in the area. The rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel has an older feel which is exactly what we like. It felt quite rustic but still had all the amenities required. The bathroom was the only sticking point and left a bit to be desired, there was some mould and a few holes in the paint due to damp leaking. The area was excellent and although there are many cafes and restaurants outside which stay busy till 3 + AM the soundproofing was excellent. You could hear some faint noises from outside but nothing super loud. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and overall very welcoming. The air con worked flawlessly and we actually had to turn it off a few times as it was too cold (a great problem when it's 35°C outside). We didn't try the food. We went to a nearby bakery recommended by the hotel (Albeta) pretty much every day and also some restaurants recommended by the hotel (Sepriko was one of them). The staff were very happy to give us advice. Overall would highly recommend and if we were back in the area we would 100% come back!
The Bristol reminded me why I prefer historic hotels over modern chains. This hotel has character without sacrificing comfort. Although I only stayed one night after arriving late and before an afternoon bus to Sofia the next afternoon, the hotel left a lasting impression. My room was quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. One small gesture stood out. I needed transportation to the station and even though my tickets were in Bulgarian and I couldn't understand them, the staff took care of the arrangements without hesitation. The location is outstanding. I was able to walk to the waterfront, cafés and restaurants without ever needing transportation. It made exploring the city easy while still feeling like I was staying in a hotel that belonged in Thessaloniki rather than one designed simply for tourists. I'd gladly stay at the Bristol again.
The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and breakfast offered à la carte options like a delicious omelette. A special mention goes to Athena at reception, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
