We made a truly excellent choice. The staff was very friendly. And the reservations team was able to help us out during a difficult time, for which we are especially grateful! Delicious breakfasts and a great location. I highly recommend this hotel. ❤️👍🇮🇱🙏🇬🇷👍❤️
I would like to recommend the hotel wholeheartedly. The service at the hotel is excellent, the hotel staff is incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is exceptional, a short walking distance from all the sites. Large and clean rooms.
Great location. Very close to Aristotelous square in one direction and to the Ladadika (restaurants/coffee shops) in the other direction. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The internet is fast, but unfortunately, has a protective software the blocked me logging in to my office computer via Anydesk. VPNs are also blocked - so couldn't watch programs at home- quite annoying! I hope they review their software settings. The included breakfast is fresh (love the yoghurt and bougatses especially). The staff are helpful. The ground floor rooms are somewhat noisy in the evenings because of the very popular restaurants just across the laneway. Overall, highly recommend (except for the annoying protective software).
Shotel is a gem in Thessaloniki. It is located in the heart of the center of the city, great location, great service and very modern. We liked very much the breakfast and the hotel restaurant for dinner. We’ll definitely come back again! Thank you very much!
The hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, the fact that parking space is secured (yes, it is paid additionally, but it is safe) is a plus. The rooms are specious and clean. The balcony is comfortable - provided with chairs and a tablem. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff are friendly and ready to help, they go out of their way to do it. We will definitely visit again.
