Modern Luxury Hotel

Very nice accommodation in the city center. Our family room was spacious and had very comfortable beds. The high ceilings give the hotel a unique character. The included breakfast was excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The only reason we’re not giving it five stars is the bathroom design, which features two semi-transparent doors without locks, offering very little privacy. We also found the parking garage arrangement to be inconvenient.

Hotel is good, they have balcony in the city center of Thessaloniki. My only concern was heating in the room was not working and my stay was during winter.

very clean room, a bit small but not unmanageably so. the bathroom has a frosted glass door so does not provide the most privacy and the shower itself was small. the hotel is at a very busy street so there was noise throughout the night. the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was ok. parking is a problem, the hotel does not have a parking lot and finding space in the street is not guaranteed. there was a parking lot around 200m from the hotel which was 18 euros for one night.

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are decent, but pillows could be more comfortable. Bathroom is not well-designed, especially the shower cabin. Room was maintained daily and was very clean. The hairdryer was not working so we had to ask at reception to repair it, which they did immediately. Also, we requested single large bed, not two next to each other that we got, but to be fair, hotel clearly stated during reservation that they will follow our preferences only if there is room for that. Hotel is refurbished and looking good. Public parking near the hotel is quite expensive (15 EUR per day) but is quite close to the location. Breakfast was good in spite of being a little bit monotonous. Staff was very polite, kind and helpful.
