Imperial Palace Classical Hotel Thessaloniki

We spent one night here during our stay in Thessaloniki and would happily return. The hotel is comfortable clean and very well located. Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection and the people at the reception were always helpful and friendly. Most of the main areas of the city are easy to reach on foot. We came with a car and used the partnered parking nearby which made everything much simpler.

I chose this hotel for a short business trip and found it extremely convenient. The central location made it easy to reach my meetings, while the room was quiet enough to work and rest properly. Breakfast was well prepared and the reception team was professional and helpful throughout my stay. Imperial Palace is a solid business hotel in Thessaloniki city center, especially for travellers who want to stay close to both the commercial district and the main attractions.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, as the location was both tranquil and conveniently situated within a walkable neighborhood. Additionally, it provided easy access to various tourist attractions, ensuring a delightful experience. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom in my room and the spacious balcony, although it is unfortunate that no furniture was provided for the balcony area. Furthermore, I found the breakfast offerings to be diverse and of high quality. The staff members were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. There was initially confusion as we had more people than were listed on the booking but the staff resolved this in a friendly and fair manner. The hotel is an older building I believe but that is its charm. It is well maintained and the ornate chandeliers, paintings on the walls and ceilings, and statues make it enjoyable to walk around and look at. This artistry continues into the rooms. Our room was a family room on floor 1 and everything worked well. We were comfortable and well rested for our 1 day in the city. They allowed us to leave small bags for free after checkout for a few hours.
