The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is nicely renovated, comfortable, and very welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes' walk from Aristotelous Square and the beautiful promenade. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast provided each morning. To top it all off, the price was fair and very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Thessaloniki - great location and lovely staff. The general amenities look dated and need a good refresh (especially the gym and spa facilities). The bedroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast room looks like it has been refurbished recently. Definitely a good 3-star hotel but needs some work done to get to 4-star standard
Egnatia Palace Hotel is clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Thessaloniki, Greece. They offer a wonderful breakfast and the staff are the very best -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!!! I truly appreciate everything the staff did to make me and my mom feel welcome during our stay!
Central location, close to very important cultural and historic places, surrounded by shops, restaurants and caffeterias. Room was cosy, expected some more space and better bedding. Air-conditioning is centralised so one cannot control the environment as needed. Breakfast was good. The reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. Small Spa area but it was managed efficiently. I recommend the Hotel.
I would definitely give the hotel 5 stars but my experience didn't meet my expectations unfortunately. I would start with the positives, first of all the staff is amazing 😍, all of them , room service was excellent and the reception was exceptional. There was a cold water bottle when we arrived and that was much appreciated. There is one hour in the spa included everyday ( you need to book an appointment though). We got a room with lovely view towards Hamam Bey. The location of the hotel is great , everything interesting is located within a radius of 20-25 min walking, there is even a bus stop near the hotel. Now the stuff you should know before you visit the hotel. Don't you ever book transfer through the hotel. We arrived at 9 am at the airport and the driver didn't show up until 10 am ( charged us 35 euros) and on the way back the driver showed on time but charged us 60 euros ( although the receptionist did assure me the price is fixed to 35 euros) I felt somehow scammed. The other thing is the AC doesn't work during the winter 🫣. Apparently during the winter you can't set the AC to cool air only warm 🥵. Winter in Thessaloniki means about 18-20 degrees and inside the room the thermostat showed 28 degrees. The receptionist did all the can do which is turning the AC off and giving us a half broken fan and suggested we keep the windows open, which was extremely challenging and disturbing since Thessaloniki is very lively city and doesn't sleep so we had rough sleeping 😴 the whole stay. The breakfast is very modest and extremely repetitive, remarkably a greek hotel doesn't offer olives or cucumbers for breakfast. Otherwise everything tasted good and fresh and the kitchen staff were very kind and friendly especially Persa. . Finally I would love to say we enjoyed our stay but the stay didn't meet our expectations. There is huge potential in this hotel and I hope the management would take that in consideration and especially with the taxi company they are dealing with.
