You dont have to be a guest at the hotel to use the pool and it costs 13 euros. We had the best time at the rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city, the pool pass includes towels, water and a soft drink. Since we were pretty dissapointed with the perea seaside we still wanted to have a swim somewhere and we couldnt have picked a better place for a couple like us travelling ona budget, thank you so much for everything🫶

I don’t like to and don’t often write negative reviews; however i was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Main concern is the pictures and advertised spaces are simply not what we were met with upon arriving.. We booked an executive double room for our short stay (pictures with big windows, double bed promised, large desk space; etc.) and were met with a small, cramped room with single beds which was not what we booked/paid for and that was not a mistake on our part; even if it was, we asked if an upgrade was possible and they simply stated they didn’t have better rooms. When first arriving, staff were unhelpful and seemed pissed to do their job, the room smelled questionable at best and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.. called room service and had to call 2 more times because they kept forgetting what we ordered; the rooftop pool is cramped and water looked yellowish, not what clean pool water looks like. location is not what was promised to put it nicely, "seafront" is advertised but the view is honestly just the dull city buildings. The hotel is also located in the military people area with military shops and men getting drunk right at the entrance of the hotel. We intended to stay the night as we’re just passing through but actually decided to call a cab and just go to our next destination directly.. and guess what what, cherry on top, the local taxis know about this chain of hotels and find it funny how many customers come out of it disappointed. Food was altogether bad. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
We stayed at Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki for a weekend with my wife and son, and we had a very pleasant experience. Our triple room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The only minor downsides were the lack of a balcony and the small window, but they didn’t affect our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to the city center for sightseeing, yet convenient for taxis as well. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor pool and bar area, which provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Thessaloniki. Despite being a large and busy hotel, everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and excellent facilities, Capsis Hotel is definitely worth considering. Thank you to the entire team for making our weekend so enjoyable!
Good hotel, rooms are a bit retro, but comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is small and often busy. Food is great! Beds are comfortable, bathtub is curved at the bottom so challenging to stand there. The hotel is often booked for corporate events, schools, maybe sometimes not quiet. Pretty good overall.
We had a junior suite which was very spacious, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft and plush. The air con functions in the room. The hallways and general building are a bit warm but perhaps this is because the climate is humid. We parked on the street because we were told parking was €50/night and we did not really want to pay extra for this. It is a nice hotel, you can walk to many shops and restaurants and the staff is very helpful and kind.
