We stayed here for four nights as a group of three, with breakfast included, and first of all, the service and attention from the staff were exceptional. Due to a special requirement, we asked if we could have a room with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. Since the room type we had originally booked came with a bathtub, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Junior Suite free of charge. The fact that they went out of their way to accommodate our request and prioritize guest satisfaction was truly appreciated. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty of choice. I especially recommend trying the traditional Thessaloniki koulouri. The restaurant menu is relatively limited, but the dishes are refined and well prepared, with the kind of quality you would expect from a good chef-driven restaurant. There are three parking spaces in front of the hotel for short-term use, and free street parking is available in the surrounding area. Finding a space can sometimes take a little time, but this is a general issue in Thessaloniki rather than something specific to the hotel. We were usually able to find a spot after driving around the nearby streets a few times. The location is also excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a metro station is very close by. The city center is within walking distance as well. The hotel offers a great balance: it is far enough from the busiest parts of the city to feel more peaceful, while still being very close and well connected to the center. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed there 1 night in a family room. Hotel was overall not bad. Breakfast was mid-tier, quick, small and fresh. My 1 problem was: The room we stayed in had a bad smell coming from air conditioning. We couldn't keep the air conditioner on during a summer night, which was a bad experience. Since we only stayed 1 night, we didn't complain.
Anatolia Hotel in Thessaloniki truly stands out for its exceptional service. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; we even had a lovely conversation that made me feel instantly at ease. This warm hospitality extended throughout my stay, with every member of the team—from housekeeping to room service and the restaurant staff—making me feel completely at home. The restaurant itself was a highlight, serving truly amazing food that I looked forward to every day. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely care about their guests, creating a wonderfully comfortable and memorable experience.
Moderate sized room. Comfortable bed. Air con. Shower room/toilet were good. Lots of flies and mosquitoes, as a window had been left open and the room clearly hadn't been sprayed with insect killer. I got bitten 7 times in 3½ days, despite putting on repellent. Breakfast involved a good selection and was fine. Friendly bar. Located close to airport bus stop (10 minutes) and railway station. 15 min from the centre of the Ladadiki area, with restaurants and bars.
The accommodation was basically fine — 24/7 reception, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty too. The rooms were decent and not dirty, but nothing extra-special either. The sauna isn't big — 4 people, 80°C max — and there's no plunge pool, just a shower. Overall we had a good time. The hotel is in a good location, with everything easily reachable on foot. For the castle it's worth taking the bus, and for the beach it's worth heading over to Perea by boat, which departs from the White Tower.
