Great addition to walking around a new city. Interesting facts and history and doesn't have you feeling lost . Would recommend.
Not recommended. It was not easy to use and definitely not worth the effort. Probably an audio version would ha e been better
We enjoyed this little story-based self-guided tour. It was an interesting way to experience the history without being stuffy. It does only take you around the central part of the city, but it fit into our timetable nicely.
A nice storyline and route. There was a misleading clue about what to look for. The clue said we should looking for a building with 2 flags but they were bot there, we found the building by accident, but that was minor in my opinion.
The idea is good but several improvements are needed. Requiring an app to be downloaded is an extran unnecessary step. It should be web based or the use of another already downloaded app like an extension of viator for example would be more convenient. Also, the app should allow the selection of maps instead of the default. The default map was awful. Also the story should be audible so groups can listen to the story because i’m bright sunlight it’s difficult to read.
Enjoyed seeing highlights of The Hague. Some challenges were hard, some easy. Construction got in the way, but we soldiered on. Good background story of the DeWitt, too.
I enjoyed walking and the all the historical data provided during the gane. Also the story was quite nice and original.
A fun way to explore a city. Sometimes the direction were not very clear in the English translation but the maps with GPS made it impossible to get lost.
It was really good. I enjoyed it. Did a few restaurant stop and the continued. It gave me a freedom to go in my own pace and make stops if needed. Helped that we could use google maps when I could not find the way. Would recommend to have data.
The Hague city tour game is a fantastic way to explore one of the most beautiful and historically significant cities in the Netherlands. One of the things that make this game so enjoyable is its attention to detail. The Hague is a city with a rich history and stunning architecture, and the game captures this perfectly. From the picturesque canals to the grand buildings of the Binnenhof, the game brings The Hague to life in a way that is both immersive and captivating. The story is also very emotional, which makes the whole experience quite positive. :)
Fun! Very nice walk. Not to long, not to far. Creative! Very good direcions. We did it on a saturday morning.
My favorite questo game so far. The story is nice, and it shows you all the main sights in the hague
We did this game and found it a good alternative to a guided tour. Story is interesting and the Did you know sections were informative. Unfortunately, some construction work had to make us use some logic to determine how to get to the next point, but the directions were pretty clear. We also did one in Delft. Would recommend if you want to see the highlights of a city and get some information without too much research :)
Entertaining and exciting Story. In addition we could discover the Hague on our own and in our own pace. We would recommend it :-) We also rent a bike if you don't like walking...works as well.
It was great and we really enjoyed it. It is worth if you have 1 hour and you will see interesting buildings. The story is great and complex.
Great way to get to know a city in a different way! It was lot of fun... Little story around that leads you through the city an little riddles to solve.
A very entertaining game. Mix the story with the places visited and the riddles you have to solve by looking around. Highly recommended.
Started well, until we couldn't find a placard, on my iPhone I couldn't reach the help to solve it, so we stuck, we were only at the 3rd assignment! Then asked for help, no response!! So forced to stop, so very sorry!!
It was a nice exploration walk, the first few questions were quite easy. Then a question came up that we really had to look for. Once you have that solution, you can also answer the following questions quite easily. So something more difficult would sometimes be welcome or perhaps more variety in the solution. It is nice that you can also ask for a tip for difficult(er) questions. All in all, a nice walk along special places and definitely recommended. We were picked up by tuk tuks at the end of the treasure hunt and then had dinner at a beach pavilion. Was a lot of fun. The starting point of the treasure hunt was also centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. The directions on how to walk were good.
It was a great outing, great discoveries in the city but a little too fast... and it's a shame that it's only in English... We might have preferred a little more length... but the story and the puzzles themselves were really well done!
The story was lame and badly translated into German, the puzzles weren't really challenging. We expected more...
Got good help from customer service, but it was difficult to navigate further when we didn't want to spend time on the questions. We used this to take with us see adventures.
Unfortunately, it took us a long time to figure out how to start the game. Otherwise a great time driving away with lots of info. I would recommend doing the tour by bike, which was otherwise great fun.
