The only good thing about this hotel is the kindness of the staff and the vicinity to the World Forum Centre. Otherwise, the room was dirty, with stains everywhere in the shower, carpet, sofa, which were not cleaned even after asking repeatedly for it. There are no slippers or a robe, the minibar is empty, the coffee cups were dirty when I entered the room, in the toilet there were no amenities except one single shower gel. The beds are a disaster, it feels like the mattress is from 1960s. Staff at the breakfast is extremely kind, while the staff at the reception is nowhere to be found. There is no room service, just a little bar at the hotel, which offers a few sandwiches and pizzas (probably frozen as they heat them up in a microwave). I’ve stayed in many Novotel Hotels and really don’t understand how this can be a 4 star one.

Beautiful hotel with nice views and good service. The best part was the trainers in the gym of the hotel they were super nice. A massive thank you to the Welsh chief trainer he was very nice. I think that he and his partner need a good raise. Lovely🤩
Nice hotel, nice staff, nice rooms, the foyer gives a bit of an enclosed feeling because the entrance is kind of blocked by the elevator shaft and thus hardly no natural light in the foyer. Situated a bit outside of the centre but with trams and busses within walking distance (not close by, yet not far either) to take you to the harbour/beach/promenade or the other direction to the center and the railway stations. If you just want to explore walking from the hotel, the arts museum is cery close by as is a imax theatre. However, if coming here as a tourist, this hotel wouldn't be my first choice due to the excentric location.
The room at the Novotel in The Hague was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very good. However, for a business hotel, it was disappointing that there were no proper coffee machines in the rooms — only old-fashioned kettles with instant coffee. We stayed there for 7 nights Housekeeping was another letdown. We stayed in the room one morning due to several business calls and politely asked the housekeeper to return in 30 minutes, but no one ever came back. When we later asked reception, we were told housekeeping had already finished for the day. For a hotel of this standard, housekeeping really should be available 24 hours or at least offer better flexibility for guests staying longer. During our stay, coffee and milk were often not replaced, and neither the room nor the hallway outside seemed to be properly hoovered. I noticed the same papers lying in the hallway for almost a whole week before I eventually picked them up myself and put them in the bin. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were lots of tiny flies around the fresh fruit salad and yogurts, which was not very appetising. In my opinion, breakfast is overpriced and not worth it — much better to visit one of the lovely local cafés nearby . At the weekend few late nights noisy guests, including slamming doors at 1 am .
Excellent location, close to several tram stops, with the museums within walking distance. Had a room on the top floor nice open view. Not impressive but not bad. Had some trouble with the self check-in, but the receptionist was very helpful and friendly with a good sense of humor. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bar downstairs is decent too.
