Best location when you are exploring Den Haag, very convenient to take trams, plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Stay was amazing- very quite, no disturbance, good room service, kudos to staff for maintaining quality. Break was really good, plenty of options and staff were super friendly. Will definitely choose the same option for next visit.
We had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to get everywhere. All the staff were friendly. I would especially like to thank the Thai lady at the breakfast station, who took such good care of us and kindly prepared fresh scrambled eggs for our little one. Her warmth and thoughtful service made us feel like family. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name, but I truly hope the hotel will recognize her kindness. She made our stay extra special, and we are very grateful!
Our stay was wonderful at this amazing property! The location is superb and very well connected by tams and buses. All big stores and great shopping experience just walking distance. Above all a Hotel run by such warm staff who always welcome you with a beautiful smile. A special mention for Michelle who was so helpful with our last minute request for a room change. Way to go team Novotel 👏!!!
We stayed in Den Haag for 3 nights and were overall happy with the hotel. Novotel has a great location and friendly staff. Especially Bas, he was fantastic! It’s close to the Passage, a tram station, and the Binnenhof with plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The room was large, bright, and clean. My main issue is with the bathroom. The shower had a broken water temp fixture and the shower head did not go out far enough so it felt like you had to be pressed against the wall to shower. The toilet was in a separate location from the sink which felt a little gross as you needed to walk into the other room to wash your hands. However, this was by no means a bad stay and I would recommend if you’re staying in Den Haag!
The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was amazing! Just a small tip if you’re planning to rent a car—going for a smaller one is definitely easier, as the garage is quite tight. Getting in from the narrow street can be a bit tricky with a bigger car. There’s a cool car elevator that takes you from the street down into the garage. The parking fee is around 38-39€/day
