Cove Centrum

The room was big, quiet and okay. The lobby was beautiful and the staff really nice and helpful. The hotel is in a very busy area but really quiet so really cool for exploring Den Haag by foot.

I recently stayed at Cove Centrum and while the location is excellent and the rooms are nice and comfortable, I was quite disappointed by the overall experience. It is presented as a hotel, but it does not offer standard hotel services. For example, there is no daily cleaning, which was only mentioned at check-in. If you want your room cleaned, you are required to pay an additional €40 per day, which is quite surprising for a place advertised as a hotel. Another point worth mentioning is the check-out time. It is set at 11:00 AM, whereas most hotels offer a 12:00 PM check-out. What made this more frustrating is that this information was only communicated the day before departure, not at check-in. Also, unlike most hotels that try to be flexible and guest-oriented, the approach here felt very rigid. When we asked for a slightly later check-out (just until 12:00 PM), we were told we had to pay extra. There was no flexibility at all, which made the service feel more focused on charging additional fees rather than prioritizing guest comfort. Overall, while the property itself is pleasant and well-located, the lack of transparency, flexibility, and basic hotel services made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Totally in love with this Apartment hotel. Location is perfect. The lift lobby opens to the pedestrian shopping street. Requires some walking if you come by Cab from Schiphol Airport as the hotel entrance is not passable to cars. The best thing is the train station (SPUI) to Den Haag Central is only steps ( max 30m) away from the hotel lift lobby. It is underground and at Basement 2. The tram station is at the corner of the strip and is only 3 mins walk away too. Breakfast is simple + tastes good. I have booked 1 x family room and 2 x standard room for 6 adults. The family room comes with washing machine while the standard rooms come with dish washing machine. Room is very clean and no weird damp smell. The pantry is equipped with cutlery and pots. There is a Chinese oriental supermarket 30m diagonally left while a big local chain supermarket is 30m diagonally right across the apartment building. They r both at basement 1. So you basically have 2 big supermarket right at the door steps. House keeping is upon request. I stayed 4 nights in Cove apartment and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is using The Hague as a base for seeing sight seeing . I even made a day trip to Antwerp which is in Brussels and it is not tedious.

The hotel is situated in a excellent central location right at a pedestrian shopping zone with a beautiful looking mall by it and public transportation a few meters away. Very friendly and informative staff. About the rooms: They are very clean, affordable, well equipped plus come with a little kitchenette and comfortable couch. We had a very nice stay here :)
