Sandra at the front desk greeted us like longtime friends when we checked in. Upon arrival to the airport I realized that I left my bracelet in the hotel room. I called the hotel and Sandra answered the phone. From that moment she coordinated all of the logistics with a taxi driver to get the bracelet, which she found, to me at the airport. She literally made me cry when the driver handed me the envelope with the bracelet and a lollipop. It is rare to find such consistently excellent and caring service. I also would like to mention Lou from the restaurant who was incredibly attentive, friendly and always helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the embassy quarters. Close to main touristic attractions. The room was very clean and the interior design feels very expensive and premium. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to offer recommendations. Parking available which is a great perk in Hague.

The rooms were perfectly designed, clean, and spacious. Everything needed for daily life was available in the room. The breakfast and the hotel's location were also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant located under the hotel was also excellent.

I spent one night at this hotel. Overall, it was okay, but there are a few things that left me feeling unsettled. I wouldn’t give it the 4-stars it has. 1. No explanation given about hotel facilities. When I checked in, the blonde girl at the at the front desk handed me my room key and that was it. She didn’t offer any details about the hotel’s facilities, like where the restaurant is or where I could grab a drink. A little guidance would’ve made me feel more welcome and appreciated as a guest. She was rather indifferent. 2. The heater in the room didn’t work. A staff member came to check it out, but he also concluded it just wouldn’t work for the night. I hope they take note of this and fix it for their next guests. 3. The shower only has a fixed showerhead. A second one that you can adjust or lower is more than necessary. I understand the desire for an old-fashioned feel, but this is a something that’s essential in today’s world. 4. There were black hairs in the bathtub.
