Our overall experience would have turned out differently if we had not discovered so many hairs right below our bed flat sheet. The pool is lovely though and the staff friendly but it’s lacking some warmth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast and the location, very close to the beach and services. The room was dated and the TV need an upgrade for sure. The shower was pretty hard to stop it from leaking and the bathroom showed its age. The check in can be confusing and awkward and when I showed up there was no one there to help. I would stay here again because of the decent price of the room and the really good breakfast.
It looks a bit old from the outside BUT the inside is really modern. Near the beach and a parking. Rituals products in the shower/bathroom. We had a balcony. The room was clean. The bed was wonderful. Great coffee machine! We enjoyed the sauna and the swimming pool. Great little spa experience. One negative point... kids with floaties and balls came to the spa area. It's a spa, people want to relax and read a book and not hear kids scream and play in the pool. This area should be an adults only.
Rooms and bathroom are very clean, my room was a bit small but okay for two nights. Good bed and pillow. Breakfast is standard (eggs, bacon, cereals, bread etc) but quality of breakfast is below average. Good restaurant opportunities in the area. Car parking can only be booked on site and if available. I might return for short stays Romain (de Luxembourg)
First the good: We stayed here in January and were very happy with our room at the back of the hotel. It was quiet and overall we had a great stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms look very modern and pretty. Most staff is very friendly. Now the bad: We’re currently (2 months later) staying here again and now we have a room that is very noisy. A lot of cold is coming from the balcony door/window, so maybe something is wrong there. (I kept the curtains closed for that reason, the heavy curtain kept some of the wind out. But I would have preferred having the natural light.) You can hear all the traffic. On top of that we got an adjoining room, meaning there’s only a door separating our room from our neighbours and it is noisy as hell. I was woken up 3 times over a course of 25 minutes by a cleaner who was on the telephone and vacuuming the room next door. Now all of that is possible I suppose. However, what is really not ok is not answering a service request. Service requests are made through their app/website, through which I asked twice (in different places in the app) if they might have another room available that wasn’t adjoined and/or wasn’t facing the front of the hotel. I got an automated email confirming that they received my service request and then… nothing. Not even a message saying that they didn’t have a different room (which I wouldn’t have believed to be quite honest, it’s the low season (I live 900 meter from this hotel) so I know it’s still very much low season. I don’t think they are even at half capacity right now). I have been checking my email all day to hear back from them, but for nothing. 😊 Update: they took about 20 hours to take action but at least we got another room for the last night of our stay. It was an upgrade too and they told me I didn’t have to worry about switching quickly, which was kind too. If you happen to have a complaint I think it’s best to go to the reception, so they can deal with it directly. I don’t recommend phoning or texting through the app/website.
