The cats were all super cute and well socialized. We witnessed 3 adoptions during the 30 minutes we were there which is amazing! The price seemed a bit steep. I have been to many cat cafes and have never been charged $50/hour. I hope all the money truly goes back into caring for the cats. We ordered a drink that they had to obtain from another nearby business despite it being on their menu. They also stuck stickers on us as time markers which seemed unnecessary since only two other people were present. As were were standing to leave an employee rudely told us to go which didn’t need to happen. It’s unfortunate because the cats are so adorable, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular cafe.

It was so much fun and enjoyable! The people who worked there helped us have a great experience! We will come back!

I think they only had maybe 10 cats when we went. Owner was nice and friendly. Cats were cute and cuddly. Calm environment

I visited the Purrfecto Cat Lounge with my two kids and we had such a great time. The staff was excellent - they clearly love what they do and take great care of the kitties. The facility is clean and well-managed. My kids wanted to go back again the next day!

I took my granddaughter she loved it. I enjoyed watching the different personalities of the kittens.

I went with my 8 year old daughter to enjoy a time playing with the kittens because we can’t adopt at this moment but once we came to interact with them for sure we will try to make the adoption happen at some point sooner than expected because we loved all of them! and of course we are going back to play with them pretty soon again! 😻

I think it was a fun experience, but I wouldn’t stay an hour. 30 minutes max.

I had the BEST time ever! Purrfecto Cat Lounge is the ultimate cat haven. There were so many cats, I swear it seemed like 30 cats were playing around at one point! The staff were lovely and the lounge was so cozy. I got to enjoy the sweetest latte while a cat cuddled up on my lap. Heaven! You can tell these cats are properly taken care of. The concept of this place is truly amazing, with these cats all coming from local rescues. They get to come here and socialize, receive amazing care, and find their forever homes. This has become my favorite place in to visit in Austin! Might even adopt a cat next time! <3

My family and I really enjoyed interacting with the spunky cats and kittens! The owner was very personable! I just wish that the facility had more of a cafe vibe.

Lots of fun loving kitties. When we were there, there were a lot of young kids being loud and running around (they were told multiple times to settle down or not to do something.) I do think if you have young children have them tone down their energy as the adult cats don’t enjoy a lot of rowdiness. Staff were very nice.

Had a great time during my trip to Austin! They had soo many cute cats (they said they had over 20) and they were all adorable, active and very social! I had never been to a cat cafe before but this exceeded all my expectations. I loveddd that they were also all adoptable! This was definitely the highlight of my trip and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin! I will be back next time I’m in town.

Kids under 6 not allowed although made an exception for me. That was extremely kind of them. I was on edge with my little guy but thankful they gave us a chance.

I loved the cuddly cats, welcoming staff at the front counter. Just want to say that even though the neon sign and white and mainly empty floor wasn’t my favourite, it is worth the visit!

It was a cute place, the owner was very condescending and rude, she was upset that I booked a party of 8 and not 6 and threatened to charge us $650 if we did it again, my daughter turned 11 and she along with her sister, dad, myself and her cousins still had a great time.

It is in a strip center in a sad part of town. The people were very nice. The cats were adorable. It’s not a cafe. It’s just a room with cats.

Super fun experience, the cats of all ages come to you and play. Some will lay next to you, some want to play with toys provided. The smell can be a bit much if you are not familiar. Restroom is clean and, the drink menu is small

It was a fun experience and the cats were rather cute and well taken care of. They take good care in controlling the amount of people coming in and out so you and the animals are not too overwhelmed.

staff was very rude and acted as they didnt want to be there with the exception on one gal. it was quite frankly depressing. cats seemed unhealthy.

The Purrfecto Cat Lounge is definitely alot fun! It'll definitely bring a smile to your face and make you feel good for the rest of the day! It wasn't very expensive to get in and was well worth the price. We went early in the morning on a Monday so there wasn't any body there but us. The young lady that was there was super nice and super sweet! The Purrfecto Cat Lounge is best for ages 1-99!

Such a cute experience! I loved playing with the cats. Entry/Exit was seamless. Staff member was friendly - and the kittens were SO CUTE.

My kids love cats. We have never been to anything like this so being able to share our love and then to share it with them, was so heartwarming!

This place is amazing! I am visiting from out of town and we made an appointment to come to Purrfecto. It was 10000000% worth the visit. The cats were adorable and so snuggly and playful and well socialized. They are all up for adoption and it was a real struggle to leave without one. The cost was well worth the 30 minutes we spent. I only wish our schedule allowed for more time because I would have booked another appointment

My children and I had an amazing experience! The kitties were adorable, friendly and most of all well cared for. The staff were super helpful and nice! I highly recommend! 🐈🧡

My fiancé and I simultaneously said "That was great!" as we left our 30-minute appointment at this cat lounge. The employees are warm and prepare everyone sufficiently before entering the lounge. The cats were very, very cute and approachable. I also appreciated how cute the space was. I will absolutely return!

I loved my experience! The kitties were adorable and playful; staff was kind and caring. Would go again! Be mindful of parking and do not physically leave the parking lot, your car will get booted and fined even if you’re a customer (This is not the business’ fault, but whoever owns the parking lot). My friend and I went to the restroom across the street and came back in less than 5 minutes to a boot and a $100 fine. Showed proof of reservation and got my money back, but was still very annoying!

First you should know all the kitties are adoptable so unless ur will is strong I would book the 30 min session. The experience is surreal and fulfilling. All the kitties were so cute and friendly! There’s also a coffee drink bar too so that’s cool! Definitely would recommend!

I loved going here. The decor was nice, and it wasn't too crowded with people. Lots of the cats were resting when we got there, but there were a few that were running around and wanting to play. My only suggestion is that there are only 2 time frames (30 mins or 70 mins) when making an appointment, and I wish there was a 50-minute option because 30 felt kinda short, but 70 feels a little long, so having a 3rd middle option would be perfect!

It was so sweet, we had such a good time! There were so many kittens! Some were playful and some just wanted to curl up in your lap and be loved on. It was such a calming and cathartic experience! I recommend the longer session, we did the 70 minute and it was purrfect! It gave us a chance to really spend time with individual kittens. It was good for the soul!

Took my 8 yo niece who loves cats but doesn't have any of her own. She had a really good time. It was all very organized and well run. Thankful they are working to get great homes for these cute cats.

What a special place full of adorable, curious and playful cats! I love that Austin has a cat lounge. Even though I already am a cat mom, it is still a blast to get to know a bunch of new faces and get to see their personalities shine. You can tell the cats are happy, healthy and thriving - the workers there absolutely adore them and take great care of them. These cats are well socialized and great with adults and children alike. Every cat is adoptable which I think is an amazing option if you're looking to spend some one-on-one time with a cat prior to adoption. It felt great to support this business and love on these kitties! I will totally be back again, especially when the day comes that I want to adopt another.

After I bought my cat loving daughter tickets for her birthday, she told me the experience was just blissful! I took some time off of work to take my younger cat loving daughters and we all had a blast! Such playful kittens! It was very relaxing and quiet. Very clean and a harmonious experience. Would definitely recommend everyone to go! Price was fair and staff was very sweet!

Amazing experience! The cats are very well cared for and it shows. They keep the place clean and cat friendly. The cats are given individual checkups daily to ensure they are healthy and no issues going on. Everyone was attentive and you could tell how happy and loved the cat and kittens are. A few were adopted and waiting for pickup which was so wonderful to hear. The cars were so friendly and will come right up to you for some love and attention. Very playful! All the different personalities showed and all cats got along. The staff were kind and helpful. They monitored the play area and happily answered questions. You can purchase coffee and other beverages off a menu or a refrigerator. I loved it and will be back again and again.

Took two kiddos with me and we were all in feline heaven for 30 minutes! I would adopt them all if I could. At least I got my fix for the time I was there.

The whole experience start to finish was purrrrfect. We were greeted and given helpful instructions that made us feel great about our safety as well as the cats and staffs safety. Everyone was friendly, especially the cats. Can't wait to go back.

Went to Purrfecto with the toddler I nanny everyday and it was a terrible experience. We went on the toddler day that is only once a month and we were both so excited but it was ruined by the workers not being understanding of how a toddler might act when they’re excited. My toddler was being very gentle because he can get more rough when he’s excited because he’s a bigger kid for his age but I told him to be gentle and he was, he dropped a toy on the floor by accident and the worker came up to me and told me that was the first strike. You get three strikes and they kick you out. My toddler went to pet a cat on one of the little house things and one of the workers came up to me and said “If a cat is sleeping, don’t let him touch them because they’ll wake up.” Most of the cats that were down on the floor were sleeping/had their eyes closed. Also my toddler is excited and I am supposed to tell him he can’t touch half of the cats within his reach? Made me so upset that I had to have him sit on my lap for the last minutes of our time slot because I was scared we were going to get in trouble again for him doing something wrong! I felt like we were walking on egg shells this whole time! Don’t visit here if you have a toddler! Very rude employees that don’t understand little kids.

The atmosphere and the staff ( and the Cats!) were amazing. I took my wife here for Mother's Day, and she said it was one of her favorite mother's days yet. The decor and furniture were comfortable, and the cats were all so sweet and unique. The drinks were also delicious. There was no pressure to adopt, but the staff was knowledgable about all of their animals. The animals were very well taken care of. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Jewels, for giving us a memorable experience!

The staff was accommodating and could not have been nicer, the kittens were adorable, and the hot chocolate was amazing. My only regret is we just bought the 30 minute pass- it was over too quick!

The staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. You can tell they really love the cats. I appreciate the limited group numbers, both for the cats' safety and our own visit. Visiting the "cat cafe" is a highlight for my family!

O M G ! ! ! As a cat lover, I have NEVER been in such an awesome place!!! I was surrounded by the most wonderful, playful cats of all colors and ages! The setup is inspiring, just what a cat loves! All cats and kittens were friendly. Purrfecto provides you with toys to play with the cats, places to sit, and brushes to brush them. It really was one of the most amazing moments in my life being surrounded by so many lovely cats. It was good to see people of all ages, including kids, playing and petting the cats. Next time I am in Austin, I will definitely make a reservation to come again! I was also very impressed that the lounge did not smell like cat litter, which makes me think they take really good care of the cats. Over all, it was a magnificent experience and a do over!

Way too many people, minimal amount of cats. Of those cats, they are all sleeping. They do not allow for cats to rest, with a large influx of people coming in every hour. They hide behind the guise of trying to get these cats adopted but charge $17 after service fee online to spend 30 minutes with cats that are socially overwhelmed due to the large crowds they continuously let in. Most of the time, you’ll be lucky if you can pet a cat due to how many people are waiting to try to pet one. Not to mention their overpriced, cheaply made “from scratch” drinks. They taste straight out of a container from Walmart.

Love the cat part but from what I saw and mainly why I went was for the coffee. Lady upfront told us the rules about the cat but never mention anything about coffee or drinks so it was honestly disappointing to me

Such a wonderful place to get coffee and play with lots of cats. It was a fun family activity and my kids enjoyed their time petting and playing with the kitty cats.
