Sunset Dolphin Watch Cruise

Sebastian was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and the area. Interesting stories and nice views. Sebastian also offered to take group photos for me and sunset photos for our family a little later in the cruise. We did see quite a few dolphins on our cruise

Sebastian was great at pointing out the dolphins to us as we watched them swimming. He gave us great in giving us information about dolphins and their wrestling habits.

The cruise was very relaxing and breezy! The staff did an amazing job. It is easy to see that the staff care about the animals who live in and around the water! The birds visited and put on a show. We saw a dolphin right in the beginning and then the dolphins played peek a boo, popping up at random intervals. The dolphins also enjoyed leading the boats. Super cute to watch. A good amount of people took the cruise and the thunder boat had plenty of space. I felt that an hour and a half was the perfect amount of time.

Great value for the money. Dolphin citings are dependent on the dolphin's cooperation, but we were able to see several on our trip. Captain and guide/mate (Sebastian) were great. Narrated some of the local history and landmarks throughout the trip.

We saw many pods of dolphins! The captain & first mate were always on the lookout for dolphins & gave information on them. Definitely worth going!

This is the perfect way to see the sunset and dolphins all in one trip. I would recommend to take snacks and your own drinks (adult or otherwise). Our tour guides made sure we saw dolphins and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. It's a win win!

It was a fun experience. The dolphins were very active and got to see quite a few sites along the way!

Great experience overall! We saw many dolphins and some even swam with our boat and jumped by the side of the boat almost as if we paid for a show 😄 the crew definitely knows how to locate the dolphins and how to attract them. Highly recommend

Our family truly enjoyed this 90 minute boat ride around the bay. We saw many dolphins and the captain and our guide Brody were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Worthwhile trip and a great value, I would highly recommend.

We never went. They rescheduled to the next day because of the weather. We were told they would keep us informed as to whether we would be going out then. Never heard from them. I tried contacting them several times, but could not reach anyone. Finally, we drove to the dock. No one in sight. Everything was locked up. They called THE NEXT DAY to say they had to cancel and would we like to reschedule. Really???

We waited until after time for the small boat with lots of passengers to board and was told last minute that there was no one coming to captain the ship. We could either reschedule or get a full refund. Very disappointing,

The captain was very knowledgeable and even the guys on the boat were so helpful! We saw so many schools of dolphins and the sunset was beautiful. It was truly a wonderful ride! I would book again and again. It was also such a great value for cost!

Wonderful experience being on the water in the evening on a hot day. We learned a great deal about the harbor and the dolphins. The boat was crowded but everyone was courteous and friendly. Seeing the three pods who live in the area was exciting and beautiful. Some even chose to come right up to boat and check out the evening crowd. They didn't disappoint us and hopefully we didn't disappoint them.

Pack lightly and take drinks n snacks. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Also sunglasses or hat will help out!!!

We loved that we could bring our own refreshments.. we could stand up and the captain was very knowledgeable of the area. We saw a lot of dolphins.

So we booked this sunset trip and received a text message telling us to be there 30 minutes ahead of time and so we did. There was no instruction that you have to check in on arrival. So I told the woman at the desk that this crucial information should be included. She replied you could have called. That not how you make an effient message. We just came back from a month in Florida and had booked many boat trips there. They include all you need to know and also the digital ticket. Maybe this company should move into the 21 century concerning this as well? On top of that when I asked to the clerk at the desk there was a rude guy in a bewildered beard start talking in a derogatory tone. I never cursed or said anything inappropriate. Very improffesional. So we decides to leave in stead of taking the trip. My advise to everyone is to take the original Dolpin tour instead. We did that several years ago and that was nice.

The captain and Sebastian were amazing! They stayed out there til we were able to see the dolphins and made the whole experience amazing! Our 2 year old granddaughter was so excited to see dolphins so close to the boat! Thank y’all for an amazing trip!!

Wonderful experience. The crew was so friendly and kind to my 8 year old son and even offered to take pictures of us. We got a close look at the dolphins right by the boat. We definitely recommend this for families.

Captain Michael and Sebastian were great. Very interactive, knowledgeable and friendly. Most dolphins we’ve ever seen and this was probably our 20th dolphin experience!

The sunset dolphin tour was great! Captain Mike and his crew were fantastic. We learned interesting facts about the island and its surroundings. The captain also made great efforts to find dolphins for our tour group to see. Great experience for the price, we even got to see a “pirate” ship. You can bring your own snacks and drinks. Get there early, follow their directions to their parking lot (to the right of the Sea Ranch restaurant). We’ll be checking out more of their available experiences.

Great vibe! Very informational and also such a fun experience! They also played great music and was just an all around excellent experience and I would recommend to everyone.

We had a good time on this tour! We got to see a bunch of dolphins and snap some really great pictures of the sunset!

I would definitely recommend this trip and will try to book it again next time we are in SPI. The crew was amazing! So helpful and funny and kind. They helped us with making sure we were happy and our grandkids were too. The captain found so many dolphins and got close enough that they came toward us and put on a show. NOTES: Bring water and/or snacks! You can get drinks right before you board but you will be glad you have something to drink and what they have on board is limited. Try to find a place with some breeze if it's hot and you will be very comfortable. The views are great from almost anywhere on the boat and you can wander around some but if the sea is rougher, you will likely want to limit the walking.

This cruise was great. We had excellent views and you can walk around the boat to get better views. At the end of the cruise, the best part was the sunset.

What an amazing experience!! Being out on the ocean and taking in the views of everything was spectacular as well as seeing the birds like pelicans and herons! And of course spotting the dolphins and cheering for them was fantastic as well! We got super lucky as they felt like getting close to the boat! We loved cheering and clapping for them and I guess they did too! I also really loved how they played music on board, it really added to the experience! Will definitely be doing this again when we come back!

We had a wonderful time! We did a Saturday night 6:30pm slot. We got to see a family of dolphins for quite some time. The sunset was a beautiful view - perfect for family pictures. The captain was interactive and a lot of fun! I like to give a huge shout out to the two man on board helping around. They did a phenomenal job! Very respectful, kind, friendly, and super mannerly. They enhanced our experience!

Absolutely wonderful! Got to see dolphins and a huge sting ray!! Absolutely beautiful sunset, if you take this cruise I would only do the sunset one because the group before us said they didn’t see much dolphin activity. Crew members were absolutely wonderful, asked us multiple times if we wanted our picture taken with the sunset or at the top of the boat. Definitely worth it!

It was amazing! Sebastian and his crew were nice, saw dolphins and 3 dolphins even swam next to our boat! It was so cool! I want to go back and do it again!

Crowds can be large so get there and in line early to have seats on the boat. Very fun and entertaining for the whole family

Sunset Cruise was very nice way to see the area. - However, this app ruined my vacation when it sent details of this cruise to my contact list. This included client and professional contacts. Several of my contacts reached out with concerns of being hacked. I don't remember hitting that button- and am a very private person. So, it was quite distressing.

I took 2 of my nieces and my niece's girlfriend. They LOVED LOVED LOVED IT and so did I. It was incredible. Thank God. We were able to see some dolphins, but even if we weren't, it was a lovely fun ride on a boat at sunset. It was gorgeous. The air felt great and the water was beautiful. The crew were SO much fun, friendly, and hospitable.

This was an awesome experience! Captain Murphy and his Deckhand Brody were so kind and informative. Amazing dolphin watching and a trip out into the ocean. Kid friendly and safe.

Family friendly, informative, relaxing!

We did see many dolphins, just a couple jumping once. But the boat operator was very entertaining and the boat hand was fun. We got to see some different views and learned some history of the channel from the driver and some great pictures. The boat was nice, clean and roomy.

It was lovely and looking forward to dolphins was exciting. We had a couple of teenagers that really enjoyed riding at the front of the boat. The Captain was full of interesting information about the area. It was a great time.

Beautiful sunset, amazing boat (two story), little crowded but we saw so many dolphins! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time.
