I am from Georgia and I really enjoyed my time! My guide Nancy was like a mobile library, she really knew her stuff!! She answered all of our questions and connected dots we didn’t even know existed. I didn’t know there was such a history to San Antonio, just Wow! I see Texas differently now for sure.

Nancy and the See Sight Tours company absolutely made our tour of San Antonio! Nancy was so knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing the history and stories behind all the sights. You could tell how much she loves her city, and it was so special to explore San Antonio with such a treasured local resident. She made the whole experience that much more memorable. We couldn’t recommend Nancy and See Sight Tours enough if you’re visiting San Antonio!
The history given by Dylan was authentic. His personality added to the experience which led to a genuinely amazing time. Although we basically had a private tour, there were two trainees who attended with us, Davis and Bailey, that added to our experience with their personality and input. If you want a thorough deep dive into the history of San Antonio, this is the tour for you. We left with awesome restaurant and local recommendations as well. Do yourself a favor and take this tour even if you’re not a history buff. You won’t regret it!!!
Great tour!! Our guide Nancy, was extremely knowledgeable which made the tour much more enjoyable. Learned a lot of new information about San Antonio. Would recommend this tour, and be sure to ask for Nancy, you won’t regret it.
Even in May, it's HOT, and a lot of walking. That being said, full of fun information. Love that it adds the Tower of the Americas because I doubt we would have done that on our own.
Warren was very knowledgeable and since he was a history teacher knows his stuff! Had a wonderful time!
Tristan was knowledgeable, kind and gave a balanced historical perspective, which I appreciated. Good pacing.
Sasha is very knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond to make our tour a great experience. Highly recommend.
Sasha was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. There was a slight mixup in scheduling and as compensation, she bought us all sweatshirts at the Alamo gift store! Would highly recommend.
Sasha was very knowledgeable and this as a fantastic introduction to San Antonio. Definitely inspired us to return.
I would highly recommend this activity. We learned lot about San Antonio. What a treat?
It's a lot of walking and stairs so probably not great for younger kids. Bring water and a snack. Overall, great way to see a number of the hot spots while taking in a history lesson.
We met Nancy in San Antonio for our tour and it was an excellent experience that gave us a lot of knowledge as well as confidence to further explore the Riverwalk and wider San Antonio area. Nancy had great knowledge of the history and sights of San Antonio. She communicated well and was fun to spend the tour with. We definitely recommend this tour for a fun way to get to explore San Antonio and see some sights that you would not find on your own. Thanks again Nancy
Sasha was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She took the time to answer our questions and explained things very well.
We were notified through WhatsApp , which I don’t use, at 10:44 am on Saturday January 17 for a 1:00 pm walking tour & river cruise that the river had been drained for cleaning and the cruise was not available. They wanted to “upgrade” us to a driving tour, we booked a walking tour, at no additional charge. We were in transit at this point and unable to make an educated choice. I was finally contacted by phone by our local tour guide. She, Sasha, was very understanding of my concerns and did the very best she could to make our tour as enjoyable as possible for all four of us. We were offered a tour of the Japanese Tea Garden to replace the river cruise. As it happens the Tea Garden was closed for a wedding and not close enough for a “walking” tour anyway. As I said Sasha did her very best to give us what we were expecting and had paid for which we appreciated. I can’t imagine that on the morning of the 17th the City of San Antonio suddenly closed the riverwalk section of the river and drained it nor do I believe the Tea Garden was just rented that morning for a wedding. The tour company was not on top of things and scrambled at the last minute to correct their shortcomings. We were given a small refund, $61.99 against our payment of $556.00. Not what I was expecting. We have used Viator to book tours in Paris, Vancouver, Florence & Milan with great success. They and their tour company fell down on this one.
Sasha was very knowledgable and interesting to listen to. This tour included so much history and information. Sasha took our picture at various locations and sent us information about other activities in San Antonio that we talked about. With a small group, she was able to dial into our interests and suggest activities based on that. Highly recommend!
From the get go I felt that we were going to have a great experience. There was a mix up but Dylan from Seascape took care of us & it was better than what we expected. The tour added a mission that helped explain the Alamo. Dylan was knowledgeable & met every need we may have had.
Enjoyable walking tour of downtown San Antonio including the Alamo with historical information. Easy pace with plenty of chances for breaks. Sasha was outstanding.
Our San Antonio tour guide, Dylan, was o it standing - knowledgeable about the city’s history and full of engaging stories that made each stop come alive. From the Alamo to the river walk he provided the perfect mix of history and local insight. With our small group of three Dylan went above and beyond to make our experience feel personal and tailored to us even offering extra tips and recommendations. I’d highly recommend this guide to anyone wanting to experience the true spirit of San Antonio.
Very informative tour. Victor was great. Boat ride on river walk was fun and didn't know that a pass to go to the Tower of the Americas was included so that was a added bonus.
A very nice overview of San Antonio. Good walking pace. Loved the boat cruise. David, our guide was very knowledgable
David was incredible! Very knowledgeable and took us to a few extra stops which made the tour stand out! Highly recommend to see all the big spots of San Antonio.
Lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes and a hat if temperatures are high. This tour hit all the major attractions in one day. We saw and learned a lot. Victor our tour guide was very knowledgeable
Lots of Hiistory and great things to see on this tour. I will suggest this tour to people who are looking to get out and seeing the sights on the ground level and not in a vehicle.
We had a wonderful tour with David. He has wealth of historical and local information. I highly recommend this tour.
Nancy was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable. Very well organized and paced. Was kept updated well by tripshepard.
We were upgraded to a bigger tour with a van for comfortable travel. Nancy our guide was excellent. Highlight was a spectacular mission a ways away from downtown. We did three tours with viator and all were just great. Kudos for Communication and knowledgeable guides.
Our tour guide was pleasant, well-informed, and had a personal history with some of the landmarks we saw on the tour. It was our first time in San Antonio, and this tour was one of the highlights of our trip. One of the locations we checked out was in Miss Congeniality. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!
Alfred our tour guide was a gem! He was very personable and knew extensive details of beautiful San Antonio. My son and I enjoyed the tour a lot!
Great fun tour! We saw some interesting historic and tourist sites and we were able to spend as much time as needed to view. Our guide was informative and easy to chat with. There was a lot of walking so comfy shoes are a must. Definitely recommend this one.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had a great time with him. The tour included more than I thought it would.
Alfred was a great tour guide! Because it was only my husband and I with him, he was able to customize our tour somewhat. He was very personable and full of enthusiasm! Also loved all his stories. Would definitely recommend this tour and Alfred!
Alfred was friendly. But as a non native English speaker i thought he went too fast and was eating his words.
We were the only one on our tour.Victor was our guide. He was very informative. My favorites were the San Fernando Cathedral chuch, the Tower of Americas & The Riverboat Cruise. He was entertaining & helpful giving us tips to good restaurants & stuff that was fun & free while we were on the tour that we could do afterwards. The good thing about this tour was there were no unexpected costs. He was great at the end of the tour offering us a ride to our next destinaion when our tour ended.I would give him a 5 out of 5 with that being the highest score i could give him.It was a good experience. I would use Viator TripAdvisor again.
Alfred's local knowledge and experience was great, his chats about various pieces of art and buildings along the way was interesting and informative. A nice fellah to boot, never rushed us, gave us time both to soak it all in and to rest our old and aching bones.
Victor was an excellent tour guide and did an outstanding job of explaining the city and the Alamo. I would highly recommend him to any tour someone is looking for.
The Alamo was our favorite! Our guide Victor took us aside after the self guided tour, he answered our questions and filled us in on a little more history
Alfred, our tour guide, was very personable. He has lived and operated in San Antonio for 20+years, so has a wide range of knowledge. He was very kind and asked at several points how we wanted to conduct our tour. He is an excellent asset to your company.
Was a terrible experience. The guide never showed up and we had to reach out to the company who then told us the guide would be at least an hour and a half late... Which then would totally throw off the day we had planned. So we had to cancel.
Our guide was amazing. He had wonderful stories about the history of San Antonio, the Alamo -about everything we saw. I had a ball
I had a great time thanks to the knowledge of my tour guide, sorry forgot his name but he was excellent.
Our guide was bubbling with knowledge of the historical spots in Texas history. He was entertaining and enthusiastic. This was a memorable experience that we’ll never forget.
We met Alfredo at the Alamo. He is extremely knowledgeable and great story teller. As we walked the city he pointed out so much history. And we enjoyed his jokes! We highly recommend this tour!
This tour was just long enough. It covered all the highlights. Victor, our guide was fantastic. He answered all our questions and was a wealth of information. My only complaint was the boat tour and walking tour covered a lot of the same places and information. I would highly recommend taking this tour. Our group learned a lot and it was an enjoyable experience.
The Alamo visit and Tower of the Americas was good. Was disappointed that we didn't get to go on the boat ride. I would have thought that the tour company would have had reservations for us. They did not and the lines were so long that we didn't have time to stand in line and do the boat ride.
Alfred was a fabulous guide. Very passionate and a long time San Antonio resisdent. His enthusiasm was contagious and his patience was enormous. Tiring but great fun!
Adam was very knowledgeable. It was great fun learning the history of San Antonio and all the historic buildings we walked past.
We waited for 45 minutes but no guide showed up. There didn't seem to be anyone else around looking for the tour? We called TripAdvisor and our money was refunded. An earlier different tour was canceled due to not enough people had signed up. Might have been same for this tour but we were not notified.
Alfred was the best guide. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant. We could not have asked for a better experience!
Alfred was knowledgeable, funny and very helpful. Very interesting tour. Saw so much of San Antonio, learned about their history and culture. Would have liked a little more time at the Alamo,
