They are very organized. Explained everything very nicely. We were given even extra time. Very friendly.

Visit multiple historical and artistic sections of Downtown Houston's tunnels as well as the corporate buildings that lie on top of them including some of the tallest buildings in Texas, the oldest bank in Houston, the original skyscraper in Texas, and the most award-winning building in the state. Amazing service. Lots of texts sent on the day with helpful information. Great tour guide and driver - highly recommend to everyone and anyone
The tunnels were closed so I didn’t get a guided tour there. They were open so I was able to see some of the tunnels later on. The nasa tour was great!
Great communication from tour operator regarding the tour pick up point in Houston. Enjoyed the Nasa experience along with the 45 minute Tunnel Tour back in Houston - very informative guide.
Vanessa was absolutely tremendous and brilliant. One, if not the best tour guide I have ever had on any tour.
The tunnel tour had many fascinating insights into Houston’s history and architecture, all delivered with a fun and quirky twist. Our visit to the Space Center was just as impressive. Everything from the transfer to the entry was seamless and well-coordinated. We received some smart, time-saving tips that helped us make the most of our visit, and our return to Houston was right on schedule. All in all, this was one of the best day tours we’ve ever experienced—both informative and enjoyable.
The tunnels were the highlight of our day-tour. Visiting Nasa we knew it was going to be amazing. But wasn't expecting to learn and see so much about the Houston's historic tunnels. Such a good additional to the Nasa tour. Our guide Diana was so passionate about the tunnels and having her guiding us through was a blessing. After that we got to be dropped off at Nasa Center and an amazing experience. Make sure to book the Mission Control tour (add-on), it's worth it. The shuttle was clean and nice. We had a movie playing during the drive to and from Nasa.
Our Vanessa our tour guide was amazing and provided lots of helpful information for our tours. Everthing was on schedule and planned exactly perfect. The exhibits and tram service was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The Tunnel experience was so unexpected. A truly unique way of life for the people working in the Houston Financial District.
The underground tunnel tour was too long. Could have added more views around the city on way to and from NASA.
Guide for tunnel tour was excellent. Very knowledgable on a wide range of topics and filled in background history without going into too much detail
Very professional company with great customer service and communication from the time of booking up and till the day of the tour. Our guide Vanessa was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Her attitude and enthusiasm made the day so much more enjoyable and memorable ,could not have asked for a better guide. I would highly recommend this tour as the Houston tunnel tour was eye opening and the history surrounding the tunnels remarkable . NASA was amazing and so much fun even for adults !
Louie is an excellent tour guide. Highly recommend. Space shuttle trip and the driving trip afterwards.
Great Tour. You learn more about the tunnels then if you try to do it on your own. Knowledgeable and friendly guides. I just would have liked just a bit more time at the space center.
Pick up was efficient and timely. Journey to NASA was quick and we were told what to expect at the Space Centre. On arrival shuttle tickets were booked for us so that we didn't miss out on anything. We then did a self guided tour around the various attractions. The tunnel tour on arrival back in Houston was very interesting and focused on two interesting characters from Houston's historical past whilst touring through the tunnels and viewing interiors of some historic buildings relating to these people.
Good guide and driver. Meeting place not marked and building entrance under construction so off to a bad start. Could have better used long drive to provide an orientation of option to explore Space Center. First tram excursion was a terrible waste of time.
Visiting the NASA was incredible experience like a dream, but don't pinch me. The driver and guide were excellent hosts and made the trip more fun with many knowledge and recommends. I loved the cowboy photos at the end thanks to lovely Venesa
The guide was amazing. She even scheduled our tram tour and got us past the long long line at the entrance. She gave us great recommendations and and everything ran in time. This experience is definitely worth it
Tunnels were neat for the connection of the skyscrapers. NASA was good. Time allotted was fine. If you want to see control room, schedule it 2-3 weeks in advance. Especially for a holiday or weekend.
We would highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide, Vanessa, was very knowledgable and really lovely. The first part of the tour was a drive around Houston to see the sights and for photo opportunities. Then we went to NASA which was absolutely incredible! The last part of the tour was a walking tour through the underground tunnels in Houston which was really interesting!
The NASA space centre and tunnel tour was absolutely amazing , Vanessa our tour guide was attentive, very organised, had excellent communication skills and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. Going to space centre first was definitely a brilliant idea as it avoided clashing with large crowds building up and allowed us to get on the tram tours. Tunnel tour was informative and very interesting plus she even made an extra photo stop on the way back to Houston. Well done Vanessa and 5 stars all round !
Vanessa is the perfect guide! I reccommend you if you want to take the opportunity to visit Houston in a different way
We did not know that there were tunnels in Texas. We were amazed with the NASA space center. We were able to see a piece of history.
Excellent trip all round Informative and friendly guides A great trip for everyone who likes history, architecture and space exploration
Loved the tunnel and architecture tour. The rest was really transport to NASA, which would be super expensive without a car. A note about booking the Mission Control tour ($20 extra) that the organisers recommend - I chose 2PM, but then NASA guest services said I might not be able to go to the (free) astronaut training tour because of the timing. So i got a refund, but NASA kept the $5 admin fee. In the end, the training tour returned at 140, so I could have gone on both. Staff are very friendly.
A must do if you are visiting Houston for the first time. Informative and no regrets booking this tour. Our tour guide Vanessa and our tour guide driver to the Space Center are knowledgeable and friendly. Great job to you both!!!
The guide for the tunnel tour Diana was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very friendly. She was a great guide around the tunnels and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was lovely to see some of the history of Houston and some of the beautiful architecture. Louis took us out through Houston to NASA and was also brilliant. Knowledge of all about the different parts of Houston and the sites to see. Both were really friendly and welcoming. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Astroville tours if these two are typical of those who will look after you. It was fantastic. Thank you Diana and Louis. #tunneltour #houston #architecture #history #greatguides #fantastic #NASA #thankyou
I had been on the Tunnel tour before but had family visiting me from BC and thought this would a great way to see NASA and the downtown tunnel system both on 1 trip. Saves you the headache of having to book multiple tours and having to drive out there too. Critical info: NASA tickets nd' transportation are both included with this option so there is NO need to purchase tickets before hands
Cannot rate this tour highly enough. My host Vanessa was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable about the tunnels and the downtown area of Houston. Because my group was very small (another group had cancelled I think), Vanessa suggested that we go to NASA first to beat the queues and then do the tunnels afterwards so this is what we did and it worked out perfectly. I saw some of the other feedback that the trams had sold out by the afternoon but I didn’t have this problem as we did NASA first. NASA is also a must see if you are in the Houston area. Overall fantastic trip highly highly recommend!
Was impressed with this company's city driving tour which convinced me to book this newer touring experience. 0 regrets! Good value and enjoyable way to combine some downtown sightseeing with a visit to NASA. Between not having to worry about taking that long drive or traffic and having knowledgable guides, it was worth it. I think going to NASA mid-week made it less busy too
This company's service to NASA Johnson Space Center with a ticket and a tunnel tour was moneyed time well-spent. My wife and I were skeptical because of the product not having many reviews.... but just shows that its true when they say "don't judge a book by its cover". Our guide and driver both made the most of our time with them and even had an interesting film about a Houston legend for the shuttle rides. Getting to see the rockets with the park, training facilities, old space shuttles, and Johnson Space Center was a dream come true!!!!!! Felt like a little kid on Christmas because it was something I had always been meanin' to see in person but just never had the proper time on prior trips to Texas. The Tunnel tour was interesting because of the history and reasoning for the city always been relatively quiet on streets. I would say this Tour should be on everyone's list for things to do during their visit to Texas
Great tour guide. Seeing the system of tunnels that serves an underground city in downtown was interesting. The vintage BMW was awesome. Good photos. Our driver was equal to the task. Gave us a mini briefing of city as we left, got to see the Astros stadium and soccer arena. On the way back, we saw the basketball arena and cool park area. He definitely knew a lot about NASA and we found his information to be useful for our trip, I would recommend this tour a lot because it is a nice way to spend a day in Houston
This was a cool 2 for 1 experience with a Tunnel Tour of the city center basically an underground shopping area for the business district. It was kind of hidden, and our guide was tremendously knowledgable. She even took a picture for us in front of the tallest building in all of Texas. The transportation going and coming back to NASA was very efficient and organized. Dan gave us some nice information heading out of city as well. It was a great combination of experiences
We received all information beforehand and knew where to meet the tour guide. We did not know what to expect of the tunnel tour. It was a surprise to see a city below the city. Vanessa was our guide and gave a great tour. The Space center was also a must see. Very informative and a great way to spend your day
Terrific option if you have limited time in Houston. It was nice seeing the underground city and not having to worry about driving to NASA. Didn't have to work about the NASA ticket either as it was INCLUDED with combo
Simply said, this was GREAT VALUE for our time spent. Our group of six throughly enjoyed this day plan laid out by this tour and the stressless transportation. The tunnels were way more interesting and full of history than I envisioned them being. Staying close to downtown for many previous trips to Houston, I finally felt like I got to know the city a bit more and its work environment which was impressive and modern. If you ever wonder why the downtown of Houston is relatively quiet compared to other cities, this was your true answer. Our shuttle driver Dan was also knowledgable of city and drove us past a couple of stadiums on the way out of downtown along with the Toyota arena on the way back in. The Space Center was pretty crowded but since we got there at 11, there were still things to do and more than enough time to explore as a group. The pick-up process was seamlessly easy just be prepared for a bit of traffic on the way back to central part of city. 10/10 also for Julie and Dan!!
This was such a great tour. Vanessa’s enthusiasm for and knowledge of Houston made this one of the most fun outings of our trip. It is a whole hidden world under the city, and we “surfaced “ several times to see the elaborate architecture of the lavish early 20th century buildings. We took the combo tour to the Space Center. Really enjoyed talking Astros baseball and March Madness with our driver Louis, who was awesome. Highly recommended this tour. Our 14 year-old also gives it 5 stars! And thanks, Vanessa for the restaurant recommendations!
Worthwhile experience in Houston. Did not think the tunnels would have as much to offer as they do. Basically an underground city below Houston, our guide was fantastic. Driver was also very helpful and knowledgeable about city too. His suggestions for NASA and the teams tours were spot on!! This company was professional and on time, I would use them again
IDEAL OPTION if you have limited time in Houston. We started off with an hour and change of touring the tunnels, which was basically a city underneath the skyscrapers. Even got to take a photo in front of the tallest building in Texas.. oh my! Our guide Julia was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They give you about 10-15 to use the restroom /get a coffee before heading off to NASA. Maybe get a bite to eat since the food at NASA was wayy overpriced. The driver Luis was also very knowledgeable and gave us some good context of how to maximize our time. The 4.5 hours at NASA was more than enough and we got back to starting spot before 5. We were ready to get back to the airport and felt like we got the most out of our day without completely exhausting ourselves. I would recommend to family and colleagues
Easiest and most cost-efficient way to get to NASA. Awesome if you want to learn about the city as well. The downtown tunnels were a hidden surprise
Dan was very knowledgeable and showed us a few gems of the city that we wouldn't have seen other wise.
I was alone in town visiting a friend and wanted to see more of Houston. I went on the game day tour with Luis and Vanessa. They were both really friendly and gave great info about the tunnels (which I found really cool having lived in Montreal). They showed us the area around the Toyota Center, answered all my questions, and gave the tour a nice personal touch. I also got some great suggestions for other places to visit around the city during my stay. Highly recommend
My first NBA game ever, and I fell in love with Houston Rockets. The Mood in the hall and around it is totally great for young and old. Come on Rockets!
