Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service

Caroline_J

Jul 11, 2026, 2:35:37 PM

The boat never showed up to the 360 boat ramp. When I called the tour operator he hung up on me and said it wasn’t his problem Viator never booked the reservation. Complete unprofessionalism and stuck with 8 people at a boat ramp with our plans for the day completely ruined.

Awesome day on the lake! Would highly recommend this company. The boat was super clean, roomy and came stocked with coolers, ice and water. Perfect day!
