This was more than just pigs! We got to feed chickens, ducks, geese, a horse, donkey, cow, sheep, pigs, and even an emu! They have feed there to buy and take cash and electronic forms of payment like Venmo. They also had rabbits we were able to hold, and they had 2 Corgis and 2 Great Pyrenees dogs. The person who showed us around was a teenager named Alex, or Andy (my friend and I disagree on his name), and he was very kind and soft spoken and had no issues answering all our questions - and he offered to take photos and videos for us, which was nice and super helpful! I especially like the emu-eating-in-slow-mo that he captured. They even had fresh eggs to purchase - chicken, duck, AND goose. We bought some duck eggs. The woman who owned the farm came out and talked to us, too, she was also super friendly. They have a couple of tiny houses on the property that they rent for vacation stays as well. This was a fun experience and one that I will definitely remember sharing with my almost-lifelong Austin friend, whom I was visiting from the SF Bay. You're going to a farm to feed and interact with animals, dress accordingly. I was very dusty at the end. They do have a really nice building for bathrooms and hand washing afterwards. We went to a place earlier in the week where I paid $50 for 15 minutes with a capybara, and while a capybara has been my favorite animal for decades, this excursion was way more fun and worth the cost.

We had a great time. Great experience!
Gorgeous animals and such a lovely authentic farm! The piglets were a massive highlight! Marissa was our guide and was super personable & informative. We really enjoyed our time here!
We had a great time at the farm tour the hosts were kind, friendly & knowledgeable. We were able to hold baby piglets & lambs which is exactly what my partner was looking for. I’d recommend visiting & supporting this family farm anytime!
What a lovely place! We had a personalized tour and farm experience. The guides were kind and helpful, and made our experience meaningful. We loved meeting and feeding the animals; we e especially loved holding the piglets. Thank you for a sweet time.
Wonderful! You'll fall in love with the animals! We got to hold a baby goat born earlier that day, pet and scratch pigs' bellies, feed the horse, and more. The animals each have their own beautiful personalities. The host was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. We learned a lot and had a lovely time!
My sister asked if I wanted to go visit a farm that kept endangered pigs near her home and I was curious and had no idea what to expect and was surprised there was even such a place so close by so I said sure! It ended up being a blast and we had loads of laughs and I'm very glad we went! Upon arrival to the quaint little farm on a cool overcast summer day that was just a stone's throw from nearby suburbs, we were greeted at the automated gate by some very welcoming and super friendly Pyrenees pups as well as a few smiling corgis! Corgis!! The dogs were well mannered and did not jump up on the car doors or jump up on us when we got out! After being greeted by the pups, we were greeted by a couple of well-mannered and polite gentlemen by the names of Grayson and Cutter who guided us through the grounds, kept us safely entertained with the stories of all those crafty animals and let us hand feed all the cute critters. They were great, spoke clearly and loudly enough for our party to hear their safety instructions as well! We had a blast learning about the endangered KuneKune pigs whose species hail from New Zealand of all places from Michelle, the owner. She was very kind and welcoming and answered our loads of questions. She said that all the pigs know their names and acted like any household dog would! They were all very friendly and well cared for as well as the miniature horse rescue and the pair of jersey cows who were very happy to see us especially when we started feeding them. Even the rooster came out to say hello! It rained for a short time during our visit so make sure to bring umbrellas or a rain poncho and maybe rubber soled shoes and some towels if you think it's gonna rain. There was cover nearby where we gathered to chat with Michelle as it rained and we were able to continue to grill her about the history of the place. She really cares about her animals and was very engaging with all the questions we threw at her. The kids had a blast petting all the animals and playing the little tiki toss ring toss game as we waited for the rain to stop. They've also got some tiny houses you can rent there and wake up to the sounds of roosters as your alarm clock! All areas were accessible as far as I could tell and the driveway was nicely paved down to the tiny houses, barnyard and lake. We also got a glimpse of a new building where they plan to host small events. We all enjoyed the tour and came to have a new appreciation for what it takes to care for animals and to run a farm! I know ill definitely be visiting again for a staycation in one of those well appointed tiny houses someday!
It was a very nice tour Jayden was very knowledgeable of the pigs, cows and other animals. The corgis running down the hill did it for me! They are so cute and friendly! Actually all the animals were very friendly. It was a fun experience! Thank y'all!!
Such a great experience! We saw so many more animals than just the adorable pigs. Grayson greeted us kindly (and with waters which was much appreciated during this June heat in Austin!) and then walked us down to where most of the livestock that we saw were hanging out, all while telling us about the farm. The owners also came down and visited with us for most of our tour and also shared a lot about the animals and how many of them are rescues. highly recommend!
We had a great time with the animals at KuneKune Pig farm. Our guide, Jayden, was super friendly and informative about the farm. We got to pet and feed the animals. The place is a small-family working farm so you’ll see the real thing instead of a tourist attraction. Highly recommend!
Michelle and her staff warmly welcomed us to her homestead farm and we were pleasantly surprised that we had a private tour that day. They passionately shared about their animals and we got to pet and feed them. Only thing to know ahead of time is that while there are several adorable Kune Kune pigs, you’ll also meet cows, sheep, and more. Worth a visit!
we had such an amazing time! all the animals were awesome and super friendly I was surprised to see more than just pigs there, so it was a pleasant surprise. the host was amazing and super knowledgable, we spent probably about an hour. it was great to learn about all their personalities and witness them 1st hand. they like a lot of love and attention.
we had such a great time there! the host was amazing, friendly and super knowledgeable. all the animals were just the cutest and friendly. I highly recommend for anyone!
We booked a tour just by calling (trip advisor has weird dates/times, you can just call and book any day!) The farm was beautiful and peaceful, we got to feed the cows and pigs and corgis, hold baby chicks, the owner Michelle is incredibly informative and sweet! We were walked around the property by the kindest girl working as a farm hand! 10/10 this place is a hidden gem worth all your time!!
Two lovely young ladies showed us all around the farm. We got to see not only the pigs but cows, sheep, a miniature pony, ducks and chickens while two Corgis followed along. We got to feed the cows and the sheep and I was so excited to hold a week old lamb. So much fun. They also rent out a couple of tiny houses on the property which I will certainly look into if we return to the Austin area. Loved it. Thank you girls for making it a fun day.
We had my daughter's third birthday party here and it was so much fun! The girls fed the cows and the sheep and got a whole tour that also included pigs, chickens, and ducks, and a good supply of baby sheep and pigs. It was a relaxed atmosphere where kids could focus on the animals they wanted to interact with. We also had a bouncy castle, tables set up for people to eat at, and a nice little area for the kids to play and parents to watch. All the girls had a lot of fun! Thank you!
I'm obsessed with piggies so when I saw this farm I had to go while my wife and I were in Austin. We went with my friend and her daughter and we all truly enjoyed our time at this farm. The owner, Michelle, showed us around and introduced us to the cows, horse and pigs. We learned the history of kune kune pigs and we even got to hold 2 little ones! That was so lovely! They were the cutest pigs ever! Even the adult pigs were adorable. I wanted to hug them too, but they were too dirty. There was a young lady, Mackenzie, who helped around too and she was nice as well. Michelle was so nice with accommodating the date and time we were able to make it for the tour. It’s not that far from Austin so I would highly recommend making a stop here if you love pigs as much as I do! 😍🐷
This is a sweet experience and very kid friendly. The kune kune pigs will let you pet them and will sit for treats. It’s possible to hold the little piglets too. I had never seen a kune kune pig before so this was a neat experience. The farm owner and her daughter gave us the tour and both were so kind and welcoming! I learned a lot about this special breed of pigs.
