Haunted Harbor Tours – Galveston Ghost Boat

The Haunted Harbor Tour was alright overall, but honestly, I expected a little more for the amount of money we paid. The tour was enjoyable, but it wasn’t anything spectacular. I wish there had been more haunted locations or interesting stories about things out on the water. There was quite a bit of machinery and equipment on the water. Even if those things weren’t haunted, it would have been interesting to hear some history or stories about what they were and their purpose. That would have added more to the experience. They did have spooky music and haunted sounds playing throughout the tour, which helped set the atmosphere. There was also a restroom available on the boat, which was a nice convenience. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I just felt like it could have offered more, especially considering the price. It was fine, but not quite what I was hoping for.

Lucio was an interactive guide. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. I would recommend this.

The Ghost tour was fun, engaging and immersive. The guides were knowledgeable of local history and it being Halloween dressed accordingly 🏴‍☠️ thank you for a great time!

I enjoyed the boat trips! The guide was very good! I would like for people to know ahead of time that they take tips! If I had of known I would have brought my tip money!!! Loved it for Halloween!!!

We took the9:45pm halloween night. What a great experience!! Lucio was a great story teller!! The whole thing was sooo great. We will definitely go back. We will also be checking out the other excursions they have. We rate it a 10/10 experience!

This was so much fun! I truly enjoyed the narrator, Lucio, the stories were accurate and truly entertaining. I've lived on the island for over 2 decades and have read up on some of the places and things that we visited. The ride on the water was wonderful, we had a great Captain. This trip adds a fun twist that keeps it exciting. Enjoy.

Great evening tour near the end of Oct! If you're looking for a ghost tour but don't like all the walking, then this is the tour for you. Lucio and Capt. Z were terrific. Seeing Galveston at night from the harbor was beautiful. The history info and ghost stories which Lucio shared were fun and interesting. The pontoon boat was a good size, especially since the tour wasn't too crowded. The quiz with prizes at the end was a great addition. Finding the location was easy. Parking was convenient.

We had a spooky good time! The boat ride and ghost-hunting app were fun, and our tour guides were awesome—they made the history and stories even better. It’s a great experience for all ages. 👻🚤 We definitely recommend it!

Beautiful weather so nice evening to be outside on the water, especially after spending all day inside at a conference. Narration was very good with both historical accounts and spooky possibilities, narrator’s pirate outfit was perfect pairing for the event. I would have liked more information on the types of ships/boats we passed in the harbor also. I’m not sure the app we downloaded was worthwhile or not, but we do live in a tech age so okay. Price with tip maybe a little high, but okay if paying for just 1 person. Cost of managing boat and fuel, and salaries part of that I suppose. I would recommend trip.

I went with my mom and sister and niece. We had a great time and learned about the area we have lived all our lives. We had a blast and are looking forward to doing another of the tours in the future.

Lucio did an excellent job narrating during the cruise through the harbor. He is a gifted story teller and keeps his patrons engaged !

What a great tour! We loved the history and Lucian brought it to life with his expert storytelling. There was just enough balance of cool and creepy for the perfect Halloween tour. We look forward to taking another tour with Lucian and Captain Mark!

Great Ghost tour! I was introduced to a ghost tracking app that made the tour so much more exciting. Our tour guide was informative, interactive and told us some really great story of places we floated by. Some of the spots can only be seen by the water. I loved learning about so much history of items in the sea. I would highly recommend this ghost tour.

Super fun. Melissa is an absolute natural! Every employee on the boat was having a great time and the energy was contagious. I would do this again for sure.

The captain and narrator were great! The stories were a little lame. Didn’t like that the mic didn’t work due to the rain so was difficult to hear over all the talking. Good experience just not sure it was worth the money.

It was really fun, and I saw a ghost on the battleship. My favorite part of the tour was when we saw the face on the wall.

Very little story telling. Music at points suggested a story was missing. Otherwise it was completely random. New guide. But he was reading a script so assume this is normal content. From sea wolf to utmb, they played loud vintage rock, no narration. Didnt fit the theme. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately, this tour was disappointing. The energy or the spirit of making it fun, exciting, spooky, entertaining was just not there. My friends and I found it boring.

I have a shop on The Strand and had some customers ask what they should do that evening. I suggested this and they immediately got online and bought tickets and asked me to join. I told them if I got out of work early enough! So I closed my shop early and raced over. We LOVED IT! SO FUN!

This was a very fun and informational experience. Also peaceful being out in the water. Favorite was how interactive Mr zeek was and that we finally got to see the face of Galveston

Our tour guide, Lucio, did a great job making the experience enjoyable, and Captain Mark was hands-down the best captain we have ever had! He really made the trip extra special. This was a lot of fun. The atmosphere was relaxed. The captain and bard worked well together creating an entertaining and memorable trip.

We went on the dolphin tour and saw there was a haunted tour, so obviously has to do that one as well. Was worth every penny we had an amazing pirate host Lucio here made it so much fun gave so much history. Although I must say the best part was when Phillipe scared the crap out of him 😉. And captain Parker was again fantastic captain!

Definitely liked the history and ghost stories. I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to using spirit box/talker apps. But over all, it was a fun experience.

Lucio and Captain Mark gave us a wonderful experience! Our guide was a great storyteller and just an all-around fun person, as was our captain. The stories were engaging and our entire boat load of only 10 people was a lot of fun. Will definitely do this again in the future!
