Fun way to spend a couple of hours with my daughter! Though we have been to Galveston many times, you see the island from a different perspective when riding a bike through the neighborhoods. Aaron was our guide and he has definitely researched Galveston in depth! He is full of fun/interesting facts about the island. I highly recommend this company; and Aaron as a guide.

It was a nice tour but a very hot day. Would have been a nice touch to provide water stops or bottles.
This was a wonderful experience! We had a lovely two-hour tour of the city with Philip, the owner of the company and lifelong Galveston resident. Philip is clearly proud of his city and very knowledgeable about same. We cycled all over the central part of Galveston and journeyed down to the seawall. Got a lively history lesson as well as some restaurant recommendations. :-) A fun way to familiarize yourself with the city--highly recommend!
Great tour. Phillip was very laid back and very knowledgeable. Nice to hear history from a hometown person and not a rehearsed script
I had a flat fix at zippy back bike I had the receipt they put the wrong tube in my bicycle tire and I took tried to take the tire back they told me not to come back ever again
We learned more about Galveston in an hour than we would have in a week. Loads of fun and our guide was very safety conscious getting us through traffic. She also had a couple of restaurant suggestions for lunch that were great. Highly recommend this if you’re short on time and want to get an overview of the city
This was one of the nicest experiences I have ever made with Tripadviser - and I already did book alot all over US or Europe! Because of a lot of rain, we moved the date for a day, what was without a hustle. Bikes were adjustable and fine. We had the best tourguide ever, unfortunately I don´t remember the ladys name.! Our guide took us to wonderful places we would had never seen otherwise. I would do again !!!
We so enjoyed our ebike tour of Galveston. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of the island. He shared many fun stories as well! Highly recommend! .
Owner/guide was very knowledgeable about the area. Not what we expected but would highly recommend. Thank you for the great time!
Adrianna tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Small group of 5 provided a lot of information in 2 hours about history of Galveston during 1900 hurricane also provided fun facts and time to enjoy ebikes on sea wall. Well done
Rob was a great guide! Good historical info and overview of island highlights. Also patient with my first e-bike experience!
We have done a number of e-bike tours and these bikes were by far the worst we have experienced. Didn’t have basic safety features like a bell/horn or rear view mirror. The bikes seemed old and not well kept. They surged forward, no matter which level of assist I set. The tour guide was ok.
Lots of street travel and many little places to see. Since you’re both in the city and on the Seawall, bring a light jacket.
Great experience! Good e-bike, good history, great to see the tree sculptures! Also touched on some of the historic houses of Galveston which were really beautiful
I totally enjoyed the ride and my tour guide did a great job. He was very informed about Galvaston history.
Grace was wonderful, she gave us plenty of information about Gavelston, toured us all around and catered the tour to our preferences. Travelling at a pace we were comfortable with. We loved it. Thank you.
Aaron was AMAZING!!! We had the best time on our E-bike tour!. He was super compassionate, and very professional. We loved how he based the tour off of our interest (agriculture) (adventure). Sarah was also AMAZING!!, she was super sweet and very professional and welcoming. WE WILL BE BACK, THANK YOU!!.
Aaron was a great tour guide and storyteller. His knowledge of Galveston history really added to the experience.
This tour…. definitely recommend…Aaron was amazing we had a great time and he really cares for your safety crossing streets and making sure your comfortable on your bike… so if your ever in Galveston put this one on your list
Both Aaron and Philip were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Aaron's tour was fantastic and designed around what our group wanted to see. We would do another excursion with them if we visit the city again.
Aaron our guide was great! Very knowledgeable. Sara set us up with our gear and sent us on our way with some great information about e-bikes. This was the absolute best way to see the island!
We had an amazing tour of Galveston. Saw and discovered new things we would have never known if we hadn’t taken the ride. Our guide Aaron was excellent. Very informative, and kept us safe along our ride threw neighborhoods and the ocean front.
Wow! We had a blast zipping around town! Aaron was very informative about the beautiful city! The history and awesome architecture of the city is fascinating.
We really enjoyed the tour, our tour guide lives on the island for over 10 years and was very knowledgeable with All we seen. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
Amazing great time will definitely do it again. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. I would recommend to either do tour guide or rent your own and enjoy the island its self.
I did the bike tour with Aaron. He was an amazing guide. We explored most of Galveston during our afternoon tour. He had the knowledge to make it a pirate, prostitute, historical, art or architectural tour. We did a bit of each. We even rode on the beach. Aaron's knowledge of the streets of Galveston kept me safe from traffic and other hazards. This was one of the highlights of my week on Galveston.
Fun and informative guide, Aaron, gave us a fairly extensive glympse into the rich history of Galveston. From the beaches with a wrecked sailboat to the carved tree sculptures around the town to the art murals, Aaron gave us an enlightening look into Galveston’s illuminating history. Highly recommend this E-bike tour.
First time e-bike users. Had a quick, but informative training session and warm up runs before the tour started. We had a great experience with our local tour guide, Aaron. Highly recommend!
Such vast knowledge and excitement sharing history! Loved seeing the wood carvings from trees that were lost due to hurricane.
The EBike tour was great! Aaron our guide made it very informative and enjoyable! I highly recommend it.
Pleasant morning E-Bike ride filled with history and sightseeing along the way. We really enjoyed riding the bikes into the back neighborhoods and seeing the architecture and listening to the guide telling us about the homes and buildings. You get to go and see places that you would not normally see and go the back roads that are less traveled. As first time E-Bike riders and having been a several years since riding a bike, I was a little concerned about how my experience would be, but after a few minutes of instructions and a little practice before we left, we were good to go. I highly recommend this E-Bike tour if you want to see a lot of Galveston and find places you might want to travel back to and spend some more time exploring.
Jason was our tour guide and he was EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely hands down best city tour I’ve experienced. He went above and beyond to show not just the obvious tourist spots like the Bishop’s Palace - but many, many hidden gems that revealed so much of Galveston’s rich history. He brought the stories of the 1900’s to life. Thank you, Jason - you made our trip from Boston 1000x worth it!
Jason was our guide and did a great job with the tour. We learned a lot of “fun facts” about the history of Galveston. Would recommend this tour for anyone that is interested in learning more about this historic city.
Super great time, prefect pace, first time on e bikes, highly recommend, Willy D was personable and knowledgeable of the area.
Too hot to enjoy… bikes worked well and guide was knowledgeable … saw things I didn’t see else where.
We liked the Goat farm. Such cute baby goats. Young fellow was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed seeing the architectural style of the houses.
We really enjoyed the ride. Along the Seawall was beautiful. Our tour guide was very helpful and friendly. Very informative.
Our Kids loved going fast, the pirate and island history was great. It was a fun vacation experience!!!
When we got to the shop, we were greeted by Seth and told all about it. Then we hopped on the bikes with our guide Lynn and he took us all over the island and showed me many things that I’ve never seen before. It was an amazing experience and I was able to vlog it for my YouTube channel!
So I mapped where the business was located that morning, and made a note that it was close to our hotel. When I walked outside I had my nose in my phone only to look up and see it directly across from The Tremont. Ha! Not a far walk at all. The bikes are a LOT of fun. Adrianna did a great job with the tour and provided some interesting historical details. We had a fun group of 5. I would do this again in a heartbeat. We had an awesome time.
We enjoyed riding the e-bikes and hearing about all the history. We got postponed to later due to staffing issue. It was pleasant going later except not enough lights on bikes functioned. Water would’ve been nice at the break. Guide gave us hers. Interesting and beautiful historical neighborhoods and town. There was no traffic so felt safe.
I can’t review the tour, but I can review the staff/employees conducting the tour. Unfortunately, I fell off the bike and dislocated my shoulder along with gaining some colorful bruises and scrapes. The employees helped me and stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. I sent a message to the tour operator requesting a refund because I missed basically the whole tour. I was a little surprised but very appreciative when they responded with a full refund. It shows the character of a company that I would recommend using even though I didn’t experience the tour.
Fun and informative tour guide. Fast paced. Lots of riding and sun exposure. About 2 hours. Bikes are super fun and I feel like we saw ALL of Galveston. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bring waters.
Loved learning to ride an e-bike! Really enjoyed riding along the sea wall. Great info. Fun! Fun! Fun! Would highly recommend.
Our guide was very informative and gave a great history of the island! He also gave great recommendations on food and other tours.
I highly recommend booking this place. I’m bad with names but the tour guide with the glasses she was totally awesome and she made the experience the best for me and wife. I love the E bikes because they’re super fast and reliable. The group we rode with were totally awesome!!
Philip was a terrific guide. Lots of great stops and opportunities for photos, great historical information of the island. We especially loved the personal stories from growing up on the island, that Philip added to the tour. Great time! Many thanks!
I do not like writing bad reviews but honestly, your guide can either make or break your tour, Adrianna proved that to us. Several times she was talking while looking and pointing straight ahead, away from the group. She should know not to do this. Not even the person right behind her could hear a word she was saying. She would start talking and explaining the sites as soon as she got there instead of waiting until the whole group was there, and there was only 4 of us on this tour so she could've waited. She talked about the former prostitution/red light areas of town while explaining the option to stay overnight in the local train cars but told us it was too expensive for her and her boyfriend and they wouldn't be able to ever stay there but wanted to. A guest suggested sharing the 5 bedroom traincar with some friends or family for a night. She said no way then we couldn't...you know where the rest of the story goes from there, TMI. When she would ride way ahead of us, we would catch up to find her stuffing food in her mouth, throwing peelings in the bushes and then she would proceed to talk to us with her mouth full. She casually used "Jesus Christ" in a disrespectful context and definitely found ways to throw in her liberal jabs to the group several times while on the tour. I think with the right guide this tour could've been ok so my suggestion is to call and ask ahead of time. My husbands leg was full of grease from the bike by the time we got back, the handlebars were sticky and the seat was hard and downright painful for both of us (not the comfort seat). The bikes were fun to ride and made the 12 miles more enjoyable than petal bikes but...for what it cost, I would have expected to have a guide who was more mature, professional and respectful in the way they dress and talk to guests. Unfortunately because of the guide and other reasons, we would not recommend this tour.
Wonderful experience!! This tour introduced us to e-bikes and we fell in love. This is a great way to learn history, explore, and have a lot of fun!!
Loved this lots of history on this tour. However my young teen learned about ladies of the night so there is that but otherwise so much fun! We definitely could do this again great way to see the area even if you’re not interested in history the bikes were fun!
