It is worth having a vehicle to get around. So many things to do and sights to see. More than we expected.
CityPass is a great deal to see a lot of Dallas area. Go to the Reunion Tower Geo Deck over sunset to get both day and night views.
The price of Dallas CityPass and our experience were outstanding. Did not have enough time to complete our tours, but we did get our money's worth with the museums we did visit. We are more than pleased!
This was a great time and money saver. I was easily able to make reservations for the activities that required it. I got in to enjoy everything I wanted to without a problem. I was only in Dallas for a couple days so only got to 3 out of 4 but still had some cost savings. I recommend downloading the app so you can have tickets on your phone.
Perfect for a solo traveler. I was in Dallas for just a weekend and was trying to find things to do and to maximize my time there. This was great! I had a plan to go to Fort Worth but the weather was bad, so I got this last minute and was super pleased with it. I will recommend!
I didn’t get to use this and no refund or changing date. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Do not buy.
Pass was easy to use and gave us a lot of fun things to do for very inexpensive price! Would recommend especially for someone’s first visit
The Dallas zoo did afford my kids to see life animals of the wild they've only seen on TV. The reunion tower was equally a blast. The fun unending . We love it.
We bought the Dallas City Pass prior to our visit to see the eclipse since we planned a short stay here and had things to see. It is a great value and will save you some money if you plan to sightsee. We visited these places with our City pass purchase: Perot Museum, Reunion Tower, Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, and Dallas Zoo. Terrific value for $55.00. Our only complaint was that we could not always bring up the passes on our phone in spite of being connected to the internet and they have to be scanned at every venue you visit. For some reason, the tickets did not show at two places we went. In anticipation of that happening again, we took photos of the tickets and had to show those at the last location we visited, so we had a work-around, but the tickets should have come up on our phones until we had used them 4 times and it did not work like that. I suspect it was some computer glitch, but I still recommend City Pass if you are seeing multiple sights.
Had a great time using the city pass to see the sites while also enjoying the amazing eclipse! The picks for places to go were excellent!
City pass was perfect! It packed our weekend with tons of fun activities and each location made it super easy to redeem and have fun activities! The price was amazing as well.
This pass is a great buy, you really do save quite a bit and it’s helps me plan my free time here in Dallas. Only here for a few days , traveling solo. So far visited the Science and earth museum in downtown. Have plans for the zoo and the city tower. I recommend pass : )
Holocaust museum was very powerful, it is extremely well put together with enough interactive options and change up of viewing possibilities that the kids in there didn’t seem to be bored and we’re not causing a distraction. We had only adults in our group. The museum’s layout and progression are not linear but by region and made a much more clear picture of the events. Plan for at least half a day to see it well. The reunion geo deck was a disappointment but then I had been up there when the restaurant rotated so it’s just not the same. Haven’t used the other tickets yet. I like these passes because they save you money but give you options
It was such an amazing time! Didn’t get to do everything but that was my fault lol. The city pass is more than worth it! I’d recommend getting it instead of going everywhere individually
Traveling with Family to Dallas, Texas and wish to see a few sites, buying a City Pass will save you money. You won't be disappointed.
A reunión tower was the best!! You get to explore the entire city. What espectacular view, get a free photo and browse in a digital plataforma what activities you can participate.
The view of the city was phenomenal!! I would totally recommend this if you are in Dallas! The elevator to the top was fast and the employees were friendly!
Most places made you reserve tickets on line, but I couldn't do that with CityPASS. When I tried to purchase tickets where I was going, they told me that my CityPass had been used the max. number of times when in reality I was trying to use it for the first time.
Great value for your money. Attractions by themselves would cost more. Didn’t have any trouble with the electronic tickets.
Saved a lot of money with Citypass. All transactions were smooth. Hassle free process. All attraction options were great.
I was only able to do the Tower, everything else was closed unfortunately. Next time I will plan better. But trip advisor should really update things as well and make sure whatever is offered is open. You need to call a heads and make sure that you plan accordingly in my experience. I will not visit Dallas again unless I have business here. But it was a nice experience and next time would plant better* that’s for sure
We had a great time exploring Dallas with the CityPASS! We were hesitant about the zoo because of the heat, but they had plenty of shade and lots of misters to keep you cool! We also loved the Dinosaur exhibits at the zoo and Perot Museum.
The Perot Museum was amazing!! Sad the Reunion tower only had one floor open. I was looking forward to the second floor the most but it’s closed for renovations.
Had business trip in Dallas so family went and we finished the week there. Didn’t do everything we could due to heat and time but what we did was fun.
We enjoyed the Perot Museum and Holocaust Memorial Center. We are going to the Dallas Zoo and Reunion Tower today.
We had a great experience, the city pass is very easy to use. We didn’t have any problems using it. We took full advantage visiting the Perlot museum, the Goerge W. Bush museum. (The library is not open to the public) this was a little bit disappointing. We also visited the memorial tower and the zoo. I would totally recommend the city pass if you would like to save time in line and some cash.. ;)
Very nice fun place for kids and family. It’s interactive, fun and educational. Amazing place. I will definitely come again.
Great experience using this platform those far. The visit was fun and enjoyable. Going to the next attraction next week. Can’t wait.
You must go to each attractions to reserve a time, some days before. Read horror stories of how people bought these and then got to the attraction the day of and they were sold out, sometimes for the entire weekend. So I called the Bush Center and the 6th Floor Muesum to inquire about this. There is not a problem with getting into the Presidential Center with City Pass. However, At The 6th Floor, they recommended unless I could get there about two days before to reserve a time, I most likely would not get a reservation for the weekend. The 6th floor is normally sold out by Friday morning for the entire weekend. We were going only for the weekend, so buying the pass would not work for us. When we were leaving the 6th floor Saturday afternoon, a disappointed man was expressing his disappointment about his family not being able to get in the entire weekend, not sure if he had bought a pass or not. The website does tell you there are a limited amount of reservations and they may be sold out. However, it does not go into any great detail. I don’t think it would be a problem to get into the other attractions. However, I recommend you call the places you want to visit if you have a small window of time and ask them directly about using the pass and reservation availability, so you are not disappointed about your plans not turning out the way you envisioned them. Be mindful that you must go to each ticket office to get a reservation time slot. This in itself can be very time consuming, especially if you have to go to several days before your reservation. You can save a lot of money. However, you don’t save anything if you don’t get to see what you want to see and you have to waste a lot of time driving around making reservations. My recommendation is to call ahead. If it is going to work, buy the pass. If you have a limited time frame and want to go to see the 6th Floor, buy tickets from the ticket office. I have purchased passes like this in the past and highly enjoyed it. The problem is because of Covid and limited amount of visitors they are letting in at a time makes the City Pass a gamble.
Had absolutely no issues using the city pass. We live in Mansfield and having the flexibility in use made it so worth it. It was great and I’ll definitely recommend to others in our network. Thanks for helping make my husband’s birthday weekend a success!
Buying this does not actually get you entry to every place!! Only the POSSIBILITY of getting in. It's cheaper for a reason! Purchased this to try and save some money as we were going to all of these places anyway. But it ended up being a total waste of money. Places require you to go there IN PERSON first to reserve a time slot. This is very problematic if you are from out of town like we are. We went to each place on our first day in Dallas and were only able to get a time for the reunion tower. Everywhere else turned us down saying they were booked the entirety of our time in Dallas and we should have come in person sooner. We weren't even there during peak season either, just a regular weekend. After much pleading, the science museum let us in. But as for the zoo and the JFK museum, no luck. Basically, this only works if you actually live nearby. If you are from far out of town, don't bother with this and just purchase tickets normally. The extra cost is worth the guarantee you'll actually get to go to the attraction. The CityPASS is a GIGANTIC waste of money and ruined our vacation. Lesson learned, don't trust these cheap all-in-one packages.
WARNING... do not book this! You will not be able to attend any of these options as reservations are required due to Covid and you can’t do it online so you pay for an Uber to get there and then the sign on the door says full for today! Only was able to go to the geo tower. The Perot museum had a 4 hr wait and I had to pay extra to get into an extra exhibit to attend the rest of the museum Was such a waste of money Zoo was a joke after driving there and not being able to get in. Bush museum has been completely closed for a year! Don’t buy this pass unless you enjoy wasting money. I tried to get a partial refund and they were not willing to!
Citypass didn't work at sixth floor museum. Wit citypass you are not guaranteed admission. If museums are sold out then you can exchange tickets for later day. For tourist exchange ticket for later day is worth nothing.
Place we're awesome but we must to visit locations twice each one in order to get appointment for next day because capacity policy. Unfortunately we wasted a lot of time to do that and really we couldn't enjoyed each fantastic places because a lack of time
The "golden ticket" haha. Purchased the pass and went to one of the locations where they said they were sold out but we told them we had a "dallas city pass" and they pushed us right in. Great value!
Had a great time in Dallas. We enjoyed the Reunion tower the most. We will definitely go back again.
The city pass was a great deal. I came in on a business trip for the week and was able to use this on the weekend. It was so easy to use and save me a bundle
Bought the Dallas CityPass since we had success with it in NYC a few years ago. Was fortunate the weather was clear for the Geo-Deck tower as we could see clear to Fort Worth and Arlington from our spot. Also a great view of the TX School Book Depository. Our guide was quite informative. Next day visited the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and also the 6th Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. I enjoyed the latter more than the former. My wife preferred the Perot (she’s a retired science teacher). Capped off the trip by going to the Dallas Zoo. Doors opened at 9, we arrived around 9:15 and felt like the Griswolds as we were pretty much the only visitors in the zoo for at least 30 minutes. Winter keeps many animals in but we got a good walk in before catching a plane. Good value for the price. To take full advantage allow at least 2 days to fit everything in. Would have gone the the Bush Library instead of the zoo but time constraints came into play.
The Dallas CityPass was a great buy. We lived seeing the museums. We will definitely be going back to Dallas again and purchasing again.
The pass saves a good amount of money compared to buying an individual admission ticket to a major attraction. I do wished it offered more. I wished it offered both the Bush Library AND the Dallas Zoo. Oh well.
What a great way to see the wonderful city of Dallas. So many things to offer. City Pass gives a significant discount to see some of the main attractions Dallas has to offer. My family and I used City Pass during Christmas week and would recommend it to anyone.
This worked well for us. we did a Dallas trip on a Sunday/ Monday. We ended up going on a Sunday to avoid school crowds at the Perot on a weekday. So we did the Perot first, walked down and did the Sixth Floor. went and checked in at the hotel and grabbed a bite before heading to the GeO-Deck. We went to the Presidential Library Monday morning and spent a great deal of time there. nice and quiet.
What a great trip. We were able to visit most of the attractions and they were all great. We especially enjoyed the book repository. The level of respect for the events that took place was incredible. It's not often that a person can be in the exact spot that a historical event has taken place that changed the course of an entire nation. Regardless of political affiliation this is a must see for any American. The zoo was great as well. We also enjoyed the reunion tower both day and night. Great views and well worth the price.
Purchased this pass for my husband and grandson (14) since I had to work during the day. They enjoyed the Reunion Tower and the Perot museum. They did not enjoy the Kennedy museum, so really didn't save any money by purchasing this pass.
I got this pass and was able to tour the city. Site were easy to find. This will help anyone not use to Dallas to find and see the sites quickly and easily.
Have already used 3 of the 4 venues. (JFK Museum, Perot Museum and Reunion Tower). Parked car in garage for the day for $10 and walked between venues easily throughout the day. JFK and Dealey Plaza very interesting. Perot Museum a GREAT venue for children and also for adults. Looking forward to Bush Library today. Worthwhile if only visiting 3 of the venues.
The absolute best deal to see the top attractions in Dallas. We saw the Sixth Floor Museum, Perot Museum, Reunion Tower, and George W. Bush Center. Don't miss this opportunity!
Bought the Dallas City Pass at the Sixth Floor Museum (JFK site). Decided to buy the City Pass. This encouraged us to visit the Perot Museum and the Tower. All three were worth the visit so we saved 25% over normal entry cost.

I'm a big believer in CityPass for any city that has them. If you've never been to a particular city before this is the most cost-effective way to explore and really see some interesting things without paying a lot of money. We enjoyed many of the included attractions didn't get to do them all but did almost 3/4 of them and really got to see a lot of Dallas in a very efficient and cost-effective way. I would recommend this if it's your first time in the city and love to explore like I do!
