Great trip on the CITY tour trolley but very informative session from lisa about the city of dallas, come up with some good recommendations to visit and see and places to ear, do it on your first morning of landing as the information from the tour gave us loads to do. Thanks again
This isn’t a tour as it is advertised. This isn’t a hop On and hop off tour. We thought that this would take us most of the day but it was only a few hours of being sat on the trolley
This was not what we expected. We thought we booked a hop on and hop off trolley tour that would take us around Dallas. 1st issue was finding our trolley. It was parked in front of the sixth floor museum not at the address that the location link takes you too. 2nd issue. There were multiple trolley so it was difficult to figure out which was ours. 3rd when we did find our trolley we found out that they NO LONGER do the hop on and off thing instead this ended up being a tour about the JFK assassination. Turned out to be interesting and Lisa our driver was GREAT which is why I still gave them 3 stars but definitely NOT what we thought we were paying for!
Lots of information to absorb.... We had a rainy day but everything worked out and everyone was nice and welcoming.
Along with others turned up 2 days in a row for the 10.45 tour. One couple had brought tickets on line
I was unable to make it on the booked date. I tried to contact the company three times to change - no answer I also tried Viator - no answer I went in to Dallas hoping to just hop on - no one there!!
The description of the tour on the app is a large misrepresentation. The tour guide started by telling us that this is more of a tour of what to do in Downtown Dallas rather than a historical tour. She did not speak very clearly and sometimes got facts about Dallas plain wrong such as when the Omni hotel was built. We left at the first stop and did not consider returning. Do not pay $34 for this.
This tour is advertised as a hop-on/off trolley. We were told to check-in at the office. As we found out, there is no office. When we boarded the trolley, we were told by the driver they don’t “do hop-on/ hop off anymore”! Just a standard trolley tour. The speaker system quality was poor which caused us to miss a lot of the details the driver was describing. Very disappointing!
Great tour! Lisa was very knowledgeable and funny. Would highly recommend this tour. Hit all of the areas that we wanted to see.

Great tour of Dallas, but A/C was too loud to hear the tour guide driver very well.
Lisa was a friendly and funny tour guide. I got a better feel for the city. The trolley was comfortable and air-conditioned. My only suggestion would be that they change the speaker/mic system. We all had trouble hearing Lisa over the AC and road noises.
Beware! It may not be what you thought you were getting . I bought a ticket for Hop on-hop off tour…Bus never showed up.. we were put on a bus that did not allow you to get off at a particular location
We had a great time on this tour. if your ever in Dallas texas this tour is a great on Mrs.Lisa was a great tour guide very knowledgeable please bring your family and friends . love it
Lots of great information but very little time to see anything. Bus does 4 loops a day so getting off and on is tricky.
Trolley was hot air vents barely worked; noisy passengers difficult to hear tour guide; sites for hop off not ones of interest
I like to do city tours. This one was not as informative as others I have attended. And guide was unable to explain why union station was named for Eddie Bernice Johnson calling her a councilman when in fact she represented Texas in the US congress. No mention of Kay Bailey Hutchinson either for whom convention center was named. Maybe some personal bias influencing the information shared.
The Tour took us through some interesting places and Dena our guide was knowledgeable, fun and very good at her job. I would say it’s a ‘must do’ if you want to see Dallas

Decided to do the tour as something fun and interesting for my wife's birthday, and it didn't disappoint! Dena was an absolute joy and we not only had a good time but learned some interesting things about Dallas that we never knew before.
Dina was a great host! She knew a lot about Dallas history. We live in the city and didn't know half of the information was given. Great tour and would highly recommend it!

Tour was good and the driver was very good. The acoustics on the bus need some work since it can be hard to understand what is being said.
I enjoyed this experience as you get to see and learn quite a bit about the history of Dallas, particularly as it pertains to the downtown. The only issue is that it was difficult to hear what the driver/guide was saying due to the loud noise from what I took to be the air conditioning, so much so that people seemed to just give up and tune out at times.

Had an amazing experience with the TROLLEY hop on hop off in Dallas with our friends from Australia. The guide was exceptional. There was only one other family on board and it was a wonderful number of exclusive stops and we learned a lot about Dallas even though we’ve lived here for 26 years. Highly recommended.

My title is no lie. She has been doing this for years and you can tell she enjoys it. She taught us many interesting facts about Dallas and allowed us to stop for awesome picture opportunities along the way. Bessy, our trolley, is so cute with air conditioning and big windows for nice views. What I like about this tour is you can see a general summary of what’s in Dallas for 1.5 hours. You can hop on and off and you can pick up on the tour 90 minutes later where you were last dropped off. The schedule and map of the tour is posted right above the exit to the trolley and is very easy to understand regarding when you can catch the next trolley. You could stop multiple places and see what’s there, then continue on. So we decided to stop at Farmer’s Market for a nice relaxing lunch and some shopping and get back on the trolley to continue the rest of our adventure. Make sure you give Dena a great tip!
Easy pick up at Dealey Plaza, Some great local historical info. Thank you Dinah!!! Wonderful drive around Dallas, great way to say lots in the heat. Stopped at Deep Ellum for lunch, art, vintage items and cool books. Very vibes little area. Dinah has awesome local knowledge, was funny, and made great recommendations of things near the stops (❤️the boot shop Dinah!).
We enjoyed the tour. I just wish the stops were described better and that the times were listed as well.
There is only ONE bus. So you must wait 90 minutes, if you hop off to hop back on! So this is more like a drive by tour of Dallas.

They should know you don’t have service on Wednesday. We arrived in Dallas on Wednesday expecting to take the trolley and there was no service. It is not listed on your website that there is no service on Wednesday. Very disappointing. We did go back to Dallas for the Thursday trolley. It was difficult to hear the driver because the air-conditioning was so loud. The PA system needs to be improved.
Dena was a helpful, knowledgeable and engaging tour guide. We learned a lot about Dallas that we didnt know. Had some great BBQ in Deep Ellum and saw the arts district, including a mural by Maya Hayuk near the Electric Shuffle!

My husband and I are considering moving to Dallas. This tour provided an excellent survey of the main areas of the city and suggested POIs for us to take on later. Our tour guide was friendly and pleasant; she seamlessly provided interesting commentary on points of interest as she drove. We took the 1:45 pm tour, but next time we would take the morning tour, and hop off at certain locations like the Farmers’ Market or aquarium.
It's a super quick way to see the city. Very informative and a fun way to see things you definitely wouldn't driving around.

Good basic information on Dallas sights and landmarks. Nice way to get around without walking. The guide was friendly and took good care of us.
Great guide, nice tour, very knowledgeable. I would recommend it heartily. Highly recommend if it’s your first time in Dallas or if you had not been there in a while.
