2 Hr | Slingshot Gruene And River Road Self-guided Tour

Don't be afraid of making mistakes on the route. Very professional and friendly owner that gave complete directions and safety video before getting into the vehicle. Great experience and location (Gruene area along the Guadalupe River). Beautiful scenery! We did 2 hours but I would allow for 3 hour tour to relax and enjoy better. Two hours doesn't allow for pictures along the way. Perfect weather, awesome car to drive and ride! Definitely recommend!

This is a fun little trip with great sights. Be sure to have the gate code. I used Booking.com and it didn't send with my instructions. So check your email, and arrive early! It prevents delays, and yes this is from personal experience. I was not prepared at all but they were so kind and professional. I am thankful for them all. We had a great time. It is worth it.

Ride was great around the outskirts of SA. Great company and thinks about your needs when you forgot to bring sunglasses, sun tan lotion or drinks. Forgot your cooler no worries, he has coolers. Definitely will be back!

This is a great way to experience Texas as a tourist. I stopped by a little town and it felt like I was seeing some of the real Texas culture. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. This is definitely one of the top things to do in San Antonio

What an amazing experience. From the brand new machines to the perfectly set up route, the trip couldn't have been better. We discovered a road we didn't know existed. And riding with the top open provides a whole new perspective to the Texas Hill country. This was for our 29 yr olds birthday and we wanted to do something that we hadn't done before. And this was it. Thanks for this!

We had a great time! The weather was warm, but overall pretty nice. I did use sunscreen since I wore shorts. I loved taking the back roads and enjoying the scenery. The staff was friendly and helpful :)

Great adventure outside of the city. Easy to follow two hour route. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Take sunscreen and sunglasses. Rated 4/5 because of the distance from downtown.

The experience was great. Viator needs to update the starting address to include building #11 as there are ~26 small buildings at that address with various businesses at them. The ride is preplanned and about 65 miles. The speed limits vary from 20mph to 65mph and you need the whole 2 hours to complete the ride, there isn't much time to stop. The route takes you through the country side, through a small town, through a canyon, by a dam, and by a river (not in this order) and you download a navigation app that tell you were to turn.

Great experience altogether! The slingshot was fun the explanation on how to drive it and to be able to hook up the GPS was easy! The drive itself was beautiful as it took us to all different areas. There’s no way we would’ve seen otherwise. Definitely a great experience to get out to see parts of San Antonio, that most tourist would never think to go and check out.

Booked thru trip advisor and no one showed up to meet us. We’d taken uber from San Antonio and were left stranded in an industrial park. Bummer!

The ride was beautiful and we had so much fun. The area down by the river was very neat. We would definitely do this again and probably would sign up for the 4 hour ride so that we could stop at places.
