Worst stay in Dallas. The room needs a complete overhaul. Different paint colors on the ceiling, the furniture falling apart, the tops of the nightstand just slid of the bottom! The house keeper just bathed in before we could get to the door. We went to take a shower and the water pressure was similar to a fire hose and when I went to turn down the temp the entire shower handle fell off!!! The room is on a slope so in order to level the bed they made it like 3 feet off the ground!! I told all these things to the front desk and they refunded the exorbitant $70 parking fee. And just when I thought I was done they charged me for a mini bar purchase that was never made. I called them and they said a manager would reach out it's been 2 days still waiting.... There are plenty of hotels in Dallas don't waste money on this "luxury" hotel! The epitome of lipstick on a pig!

A really fun place to stay for a weekend get-a-way. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained with an engaged staff. The food is especially good. The bar is fun. On Texas-OU weekend, they have lots of extras like a pre-party in the courtyard in front of the hotel with breakfast tacos, select complimentary drinks, and big screen tv's with sports. Loved it!
This looks like a nice hotel, is at a good location and the aesthetic is cool. My first day here I was impressed and really happy I picked it. Unfortunately, the beauty is only skin deep. Everything at the hotel is really old. Most importantly critical things are broken and don't work, and the staff, as nice as they are, are not equipped to fix them. I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. Cost ~$1500. For 2 of the 3 days, the wifi was not working. The hotel staff kept saying it was just me, and tried to do the basic IT things to try and fix it, but just couldn't get it to work. I tried multiple devices and none would work, and when it did work it was not reliable and would drop consistently. The building is old and the walls are thick which is great for noise but it means there's very little cell reception so I couldn't even hot spot reliably. The gym is decent, but the water cooler was broken, and there was only 1 single exercise mat for a hotel with 169 rooms. If this was a $200/night hotel, I'd put up with this. At this price point, these things are just completely unacceptable. The staff tries to help, but I spent over 2 hours over 2 days trying to get the wifi to work. If you're on a business trip, this place is just not worth the brain damage.
We were in Dallas for a weekend getaway to a concert. If I could give Hotel ZaZa a 11 out of 10 I would. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could imagine. Coffee and hot tea every morning waiting on you when you wake up. The staff were fantastic, gave great suggestions on the area. Location is wonderful, close to AT & T performing arts center, lots of nice restaurants.
I cannot say enough good things about our 3 day stay last week. Every person working there was top notch professional and extremely nice. The car service was quick and so lovely. The gentlemen driving were wonderful to us and quick with great recommendations from shopping to dining. The front desk staff—wonderful. Pool service- outstanding. Housekeeping was a teensy bit spotty but everything else was just sublime. Thank you everyone! We had a great time.
