First day here, the shower and sink are clogged. No one has come to unclog it. The decor is gaudy. Please take down some of the gold accessories and the tacky black and gold pictures. It looks like a tacky version of someone's house who cant decorate. The door in my room leading to adjoining room is not fitted to the frame. I thought the door was opened to the folks next door. Whoever renovated this hotel should have their general contractor's license revoked. Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is NOT a 4-star establishment. Its a 3-star establishment. You will get a good view of the freeway from the parking lot.

I had a horrible experience during my stay. I am a woman who was traveling alone. I checked in and went to my room. I unpacked, pulled the bed back and washed up for dinner. I was gone for about 3 hours. I came back and upon entering the room, I found a man sleeping in the bed and his luggage in my room. I started yelling and he said that they gave him the room. He was in my room with all of my luggage and personal belongings including valuables. I was scared and I had to quickly pack up and was hoping he had not gone through my luggage. He just kept laying in the bed. He seemed drunk. I was fortunate that I was not attacked or shot at upon entering the room. What if I had been sleeping or in the shower when he came in? I went down to complain to the desk. They did not seem surprised. They were nonchalant. For the reception desk to double sell a room and give two different people a door key is beyond belief. There should be safety procedures in place, so this does not ever happen. Obviously, they do not have any procedure to prevent this.
I was not expecting to stay at this hotel. My flight was canceled, so the airline put me up here, until I could catch a flight the following morning. To begin, the shuttle (that was supposed to come every 30 minutes) never came. We had to call an uber to get to the hotel. When we finally arrived, staff was not friendly. At all. The manager, kishor, ended up stepping in, and he was pleasant and helpful. Kishor assured me that a shuttle would be available the next morning to make my 6am flight. It was not, the shuttle was completely full, although I was downstairs 15 minutes early. They only had one shuttle for over 30 people waiting. The dinner we had was cold, limited options. Overall, not a great experience. Would not recommend.
Chloe at check in was super sweet amd checking in was so easy and quick! The location was great, close to everything we needed! Complimentary breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and stocked. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The AC, was amazing after being out in the heat all day, sleeping in a COLD room was exactly what we needed! Definitely recommend!!
This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. As someone who holds a degree in Hotel Management and has been trained in proper industry standards, I am appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and service mind at this property. I extended my stay using DayUse to rest before my grueling 27-hour long-haul flight. Despite my special request for a 'Quiet Room and Nice view' made in advance, I was given an interior room facing the lobby. The service and management were entirely unacceptable on every level: 1. Lack of Basic Communication: They knew I had a massive, exhausting journey ahead, yet the front desk failed to inform me about basic amenities like the airport shuttle bus. I had to search online to find out myself and call the front desk to ask. 2. Severe Privacy Violation: At noon, a staff member rudely knocked and literally opened my room door without permission. The front desk failed to communicate the DayUse payment procedure properly, and instead of simply calling my room to check, they chose to barge in and violate my privacy. 3. Extreme Noise Disturbance: In the afternoon, housekeeping staff outside made excessive noise and slammed trash bins repeatedly, destroying any chance of rest before my 27-hour trip home. The staff showed zero professionalism, poor internal coordination, and a total lack of respect for guests' privacy and needs. Working in hospitality requires a heart for service, but what I experienced here makes me seriously question their training—or worse, if they treat international or Asian guests differently. I am utterly disappointed and will never stay here again."
