Location is great for events at the American Airlines Center however all the doors slam close so good luck if someone near is getting in/out of their room late at night or early in the morning. The walls between rooms are thin I was able to hear convos from the room next door.

Its a really nice hotel, staff is great. However management policy is lacking and appears to be lazy.. It had rained earlier in the day but had quit 630pm or so. We decided to go take a quick dip in the pool at roughly 940, pool is supposed too be open till ten per the sign. Doors locked, hit the call button for assistance, no answer. Went down to lobby, Front desk guy was nice, but basically said management chose not to reopen the pool and it was apparent he didn't really care as by now it was 10 till 10. It was a big reason we picked this hotel. Weather was not an issue as we had just been out walking the area, they just didn't want to deal with it after they had locked it up earlier in the day. At this price point and the fact I paid a resort type fee that i could not use, this was not a good experience. Regarding the room, the plugs on the headboard over the bed tables dont work unless the entry switch is on, we tried every combination of switches trying to have the entry light off but electric plugs working, no dice. Overall, not a good stay or memory.
I had an amazing time! The art and architecture captivated me throughout my visit. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making it easy to start my experience. I felt like I was the only person in the spa, which was exactly what I wanted. Ti'era and the staff were very courteous and accommodating, always ready to help. I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and refreshments provided. The fitness center was clean, spacious, and equipped with up-to-date machines that suited my workout routine perfectly. I loved the beautiful view and the available tech options as well. The wet deck was not only aesthetically pleasing but also felt like a private sanctuary, offering a stunning view of Dallas while I enjoyed a relaxing dip. The valet service was quick and efficient, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience!
We decided to stay at this hotel due to my husband being able to work. For a 4 star hotel we were disappointed in the room. Mostly the rooms design. They had mirrors and glass everywhere putting on an air of high class. The shower/bathtub did not have a door to close but a sliding mirror that went from floor to ceiling. There were items in our room that didn't work, the light by the bed, the plugs by the bed, the charging port by the bed, the lock on the door to the toliet and the toliet paper bar was falling off. For the amount of money that is being charged for this room per night, NOTHING, and I do mean nothing should be wrong with it. The house keeping should have caught the light being out and the toliet paper holder being broke. They charge 8.00 if you drink their water so bring your own. The fridge confused me, it looked more like a pull out freezer. The AC worked okay but didn't seem like it could keep up with the heat. The beds where comfortable enough. There was no enough lighting in the room and the lighs where designed weird, as if they tried to hard to be high class when it wasn't. The customer serivice WAS super. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Over all we will not be back.
I came here for a business trip and had a short amount of time to really enjoy the amenities included with this location. However I couldn’t have been more pleased. The food at Villa Azur is savory and worth coming back for more. The drinks are perfectly poured, and the hospitality is warm. The rooms felt new and as though they had a deep cleaning. It really felt like I was getting off work to come to a resort. The convenient coffee cafe and baked goods helped start my early days on the go, almost as convenient as the location of the hotel itself. I will say my favorite aspect was probably the Wet Deck with the infinity pool. Just the vantage point of the city is worth going up there, at the very least.
