Virgin Hotels Dallas

Insta-worthy hotel in a safe and up-and-coming home design neighborhood with fancy restaurants, fun cafes and a short walk to classic diners. Everything is gorgeous with fun popping colors - the restaurant with cute private areas and the hotel coffeeshop is lovely to work in. Our group had a party at the pool and it was the perfect lounge area. The staff was attentive and friendly. The valets noticed we were waiting awhile in frustration for our Uber to arrive and offered to drive us. Had no idea they had a house car for short mini trips! The valet, Austin, quickly grabbed the car and gave us some tips on where to go! Really saved us a lot of trouble.

A group of my friends chose this hotel for a 50th birthday celebration. I had had dinner here a few years ago with my husband, but didn't stay the night. The hotel has gone south unfortunately. The AC was not working in common areas (elevators/lobby), there was a faint smell of sewage also. The service came with no smiles, from the reception, coffee area, to bar areas, to the host at the restaurant. The pool area had a nice waitress. All other employees seemed disgruntled. Our hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable. I am well travelled, all over the world. This one will not be on my return list.

Let me tell you about this hotel. It was AMAZING!!!!! My wife and I got married at the hotel August 8, 2026. It was an amazing experience at the hotel. Starting with the room, the appetizers, the staff, everything was AMAZING!!!!! Now, I’m not sure if the AC was blowing in the room we had our ceremony, but it didn’t matter. Everything was beautiful and came together. Our room got upgraded to the 16th floor corner room. We were met with champagne and strawberries. They also had a card for us. Once we got ready, we rehearsed everything with the audio man from houston. I forgot his name, but he was so kind. The banquet staff was AMAZING. Joe and Nate were spot on with EVERYTHING. When I said people were asking about the meals after. No one went hungry or disappointed. I LOVED IT!!! The drinks keep flowing, the food, the music. We danced. It was a time. Thank You everyone for bring our union together. I know we went through a couple of hands with the setup, but it all irked out perfectly. Thank you 🙏🏾

Polished & Warm I had such a great experience with the Virgin Hotels pool pass! The pool area was beautifully designed and aesthetically appealing, with a clean and well-maintained pool. The cabanas were incredibly comfortable and did a great job keeping the sun out, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day. The service was friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. The overall ambiance was relaxing with the perfect summer vibe. Definitely a great spot to spend a summer day! I’d happily come back!
