I stayed here for work for 5 days. When I got into my room, it was furnished well and the heavy comforter was super nice. However, the drawers still had the previous tenants (clean) underwear and socks and the walls of the bathroom next to the sink hadn't been cleaned in a while. The gym was nice for a hotel gym, but after the 3rd day of it not getting cleaned, restocked, etc it kind of bothered me a little bit (finally cleaned it on the 4th day). The lounge breakfast was nice and every single employee I met at the hotel would take the time to say hi, smile, and welcome me here. The parking fee is absolutely silly for an unsecured open parking lot, and the hotel couldn't even get me a copy of the receipt for the parking since it was via a contract provider, which took me over an hour to login to, and I am still unsure as to what the final bill for that is. . The restaurant food was pretty good and the bar staff very nice and accommodating. I don't think I will be back and would much rather stay at the Marriott next door.

This hotel is a good location with a great restaurant/bar and amazing bartenders. The food is delish! I have been coming here for years! Pedro and Leddy take great care of their customers at Byrn! The concierge lounge is perfect for a great breakfast! You can watch your favorite game!
Gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Customer service was top-tier, Lobby was very Clean and beautiful.. The rooms are Definitely not the type of Westin that I’m accustomed to. The rooms were disappointing, carpet stains and bedding that has seen better days. My towel has something on it in the bathroom shuttle to airport only runs once every hour And all the rooms have tubs no walk in showers.
One of my favorite Hotels anywhere, I've stayed here a dozen times. Let me tell you why. First the rooftop pool has planes flying overhead, really cool. Next the breakfast buffet is phenomenal, simple with a yummy fruit spread. Great location right by the airport and freeway. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and would stay again.
I had a great stay at The Westin DFW. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I came with a group of six other people, and they were able to get our rooms on the same floor and near each other, which made the trip so much easier. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. My room was fairly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. I had drinks and the salmon, and everything was tasty. The breakfast buffet was a highlight too, especially because they offer made-to-order omelets. The location is very convenient if you need to be near DFW. They offer an hourly shuttle to and from the airport, and there’s a Denny’s right across the street that’s basically open 24 hours. There’s also a gas station and 7-Eleven within walking distance, which came in handy. A few things to know: you can slightly hear the planes because you’re right by the airport, but that’s expected. Parking is $20 per day, and they do allow pets. Also, the “rooftop pool” is more of a rooftop kiddie pool. It’s tiny and only about 3 feet deep, so don’t come expecting a resort pool moment. The gym is also very small. Overall, this is definitely a no-frills stay, but It’s clean, comfortable, convenient, and the staff was great. If you need a solid hotel near DFW for a quick Dallas trip, I’d recommend it.
