This hotel, it's location, it's amenities and it's staff are amazing. The staff in particular are the most warm and welcoming that I've experienced and room quality is exceptional. The Graduate is a very unique property, a designer original and you will feel like your at home with friends. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!
Moses truly has given us great service st the valet and our trip just started. We have asked him for some special needs and he had been kind to help us meet our needs. He is customer focused. We are grateful. Thank you Moses!
Had a great experience at Graduate by Hilton Dallas! The hotel was very clean, including the pool and common areas, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Everyone made the experience enjoyable and went above and beyond to provide great service. A special shoutout to Hector for being so helpful and making us feel taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!
World class customer service still exists- at The Graduate! I hosted a bachelorette party here and we all had such a delightful experience! Beautiful ambiance in the lobby and suite, fun pool, intimate vibe, good restaurant (and coffee!!) and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you Trayvon and Gilbert for going above and beyond and treating us like VIPs! 10 out of 10! I highly recommend.
I love this hotel! It is my go to place to stay when I am in Dallas. The staff is super friendly and always remembers me. Lobby has so much personality and it is refreshing to be in a hotel room that you know was very intentionally designed as a tribute to the neighborhood. Highly recommend!
