Armando was the most wonderful bartender that I have ever encountered. Coming from another big city he made the best drinks I have ever had. The attention to detail and recommendations were astounding! The expertise was the best. I will be returning in February and I don't want any other bartender servicing me, but Armando.
My experience at The Ritz this weekend was amazing! After having such a stressful flight coming from California, I was honestly exhausted and ready to relax. From the moment I arrived, the service completely turned my mood around.I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley at valet. She was so quick and attentive, immediately helping with my luggage and making sure everything was taken care of. Her service really stood out and made such a great first impression.Gill, the bellman, was also very helpful and welcoming, and Susana at the front desk did a great job making checkin smooth and easy.The bar was a bit overcrowded, so it took a while to get drinks, but everything else was amazing. The pool was beautiful, and overall I had a great stay . I would definitely stay here again
We come here for staycations. It is a great property with multiple pools, a great gym, and every resort amenity. The club lounge is exceptional and there is a lovely gentleman named Santiago who ensures that the care and hospitality of guests is nothing less than perfect. He is amazing and I hope you have the pleasure of making his acquaintance.
4 - ⭐ Beautiful resort, great location, just overpriced The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas is a lovely property in a great spot, but the overall experience lands at four stars mostly because it feels overpriced, especially for the rooms. 🏨 Plenty to like, though. I got in a good run around the golf course, enjoyed the food, and the staff was super courteous and thoughtful throughout. 🏌️ The room had no shades, but they put up blackout tape on the windows very quickly, a small touch I really appreciated. 🙌 One wish: a complimentary breakfast would go a long way. If they offer one, I wasn’t aware of it. 🍳 4 stars. Overpriced for what it is, but a great location and genuinely warm service. 🌟
My daughter & I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Dallas in Las Colinas celebrating Mother’s Day weekend. Staying in any 5-star hotel you obviously expect the accommodations to be excellent but sometimes the service is not up to par. We were very impressed with this hotel’s overall service—the valet, greetings, check-in with roses, shuttle to the villas, in-room dining, housekeeping + turn down service, room engineer replacing light bulb, dining at Knife Restaurant plus dinner was excellent, EVERYONE delivered 5-star service.👏This is what makes a hotel stand out above the rest so guests enjoy their stay. Plus, our villa was superb. Thank you everyone and we can’t wait to return. We really enjoyed ourselves!❤️
