Le Meridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh

Music by the pool on all night. 3 floor poolside room impossible to sleep hearing this all night. Early flight out. Came to the lobby 4am music blasting in lobby. Why?

This hotel offers a classic, old-school vibe with a touch of timeless luxury. It has an elegant style, featuring traditional decor and a warm ambiance. The property is currently undergoing some renovations, which should be completed soon, indicating an improvement in facilities. Its prime location in Dallas provides easy access to numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance, and it's close to many of downtown Dallas‘s best neighborhoods. Parking is primarily valet service, and the front desk is modest in size. Check-in is generally smooth and timely, provided there aren't a large number of guests waiting. During my visit, the bar and gym were temporarily closed for remodeling, but once these renovations are complete, the amenities should be more modern and convenient. I hope the hotel preserves its enduring classic luxury element amidst upgrades. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and exude comfort and style.

I had a room booked here and was able to cancel it without issues when the horrible ice storm came to Dallas. Then when I had packages delivered there that I couldn't retrieve the team kindly shipped them to my home address. The customer service agent, Paris was so kind, helpful and quick to respond I cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Highly recommend!
