Had a budget room No view. No ironing board. Eco room service containers is no good food ok not containers. No seasoning slat or pepper. Asked for extra sugar with am coffee got extra steiva splenda. Thay started on the phone at 8Am about checkout. I know when im leaving dont need extra bs. Seams to be a good location i walked everywhere no problem. Its a room wasent there much.

The room was a little underwhelming for the price range of the stay, the exhaust fan in our bathroom was broken which led to foul odors persistently present throughout our stay. The staff was very accommodating and the valet parking service was great! Really nice location, but overall if I could do 3.5 stars based on the above, I would, I think 4 is fair.

My stay at the Kimpton Harper Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, which made for a great night's sleep. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The valet service was fast, professional, and made coming and going completely hassle-free. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning—it was a thoughtful touch and a great way to start the day. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, combines historic charm with modern amenities, and is in a convenient location for exploring the area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at the Kimpton Harper Hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Don't waste your money on the 1 bedroom suites. They are right next to the elevators shafts and you will here the cars moving in the shafts all night long. We checked in and our suites room was at 75 degrees and would not cool. Called front desk and they said they would address and set it at 68. We left for dinner and came back over 3 hours later and room was still 75. Front desk said they would fix or move us to another suite and to give them 20 minutes. Then they said it was fixed, but again went down to room and it was not and they put a portable fan in room loke that would resolve it bejng 75. Then again tried to say they removed it but had not and then tried to tell me they had no other rooms available. Ended up being put in an ADA suite a number of floors down. And while the AC worked in this one, if you closed to the door to the bedroom it became much hotter than the rest of the suite and they locked the thermostat so could not even change the temp ourselves. Do yourself a favor an stay at the Kempton in Dallas and skip this one. Will be going back to that location nextime we are in the area.
