Right in middle of downtown, very clean and plenty of space. I felt secure with the downstairs lobby and the area in general. Walkable to many coffee spots in the morning. Gym was clean and had plenty of machines. Will be back soon and very happy we will be staying here again.

My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip with our dog and it was such a great stay! Checking in was easy and fast, settled into our room and enjoy it. A lot of things are walking distance! Including 6th street and having the royal grocery store attached to the building was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!
We needed a place to stay in downtown Austin. We were attending a family wedding, it was our first visit to this city. The rooms were very spacious, free tea and coffee downstairs, great concierge (they kept my bags on the final day as my flight back to Sydney was late in the afternoon). I found a great Wholefoods an easy 15minute walk from The apartment. All in all I would 100 percent recommend this place. There were also very prompt when answering my questions both before and after arrival.
I had a stay booked here for a business trip through capital one travel and they refused to give me a refund for almost a $1000 despite explaining extenuating circumstances out of our control and giving advanced notice. I was excited to stay here and the accommodations look beautiful but very disappointed in the bad customer service and lack of understanding by the team. Should be illegal to take that much money from somebody who's not even staying there as a guest. Don't hold your breath on the service here, very disappointed to say the least. I will be taking my business elsewhere when I'm in Austin for work again and will encourage others from my company never to book a stay here either.
