⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nina at Marriott deserves far more than five stars! She was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her outstanding customer service made our entire experience so much better. Marriott is extremely lucky to have Nina on its team—she is the definition of exceptional hospitality!
My experience at this hotel was wonderful. Zineb Jabur, the front office supervisor is an amazing and lovely woman. I stayed at the hotel for a week and 2 days. She smiles, greet me and always quick to help. I wish every hotel has a representative like her. I plan to stay at this hotel anytime I am in Houston. She was the reason I stayed longer than the initial 3days I had planned. I recommend this hotel. Thank you Ms Zineb Jabur for making my stay at the hotel so pleasant.
A lot of things not to like about this full service Marriott, but I continue to stay here, for the last 4.5 years, 100% because of Walter. Rooms are bad - Broken lights, dingy, depressing. But I come here because Walter is family. Whoever owns this place, whatever is going on - How to make the most profit at the expense your guests. I cant imagine why anyone would choose this hotel (a second time) for any reason other than Walter and other personnel, some of whom the new ownership has so shortsightedly pushed out. This hotel is about that family of regulars and staffers who truly make it a home away from home. If I ever show up and discover Walter has also been pushed out, Marriott will forever lose me. Not just this Marriott - but all Marriott Many of my colleagues, entire departments, stay here, every month, rather than Embassy Suites next door - or other Marriott locations, residence Inn, etc., as a result of my recommendations, 100% due to the staff here - Walter as an anchor. Get these rooms renovated, they are awful. Treat your staff right, they are kings and queens (where are Terry and JP??? and Jorge? I hate that I no longer see them when I’m here.
The hotel is very nice for a business stay. The front desk with Zinab Jabur was one of the best parts of the stay, she is welcoming, always checking in and making sure the customer needs are met at all time. Very friendly staff. I used the gym and it was fine for some casual exercises during a short stay.
We had just come from out of town , made it Houston after a 12 hr drive overnight and our prior reservation somewhere else was cancelled and the manager and staff were not courteous and even lied to us .However ,Guillermo welcomed us in here and even got us in for early check in! He went above and beyond , My Wife and I overly enjoyed our stay . It was peaceful , clean , nice and aesthetically pleasing . When we visit again we will be back to book with you!
