I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel, including the dining area, was well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of food. I especially loved the pool — the water was warm and it was such a relaxing place to spend the evening. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️
Miss Celeste and the entire staff were INCREDIBLY accommodating during my extended stay. Nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire experience. House keeping was prompt, punctual, and thorough.

Absolutely must stay Hampton Inn in the heart of Texas..and the heart of Houston. Beautiful property inside and out..trees keep it cool and shaded in the summer. Staff is genuine friendly and hard working. Interior of structure is immaculate. Breakfast on point. My go to Hilton every month on my business travels. One of the best hotels in USA.
We arrived at Hampton Inn for a weekend getaway. We were celebrating our Anniversary and my Birthday which was needed due to surviving a house fire and being misplaced for almost a year. This weekend was a break well needed. The staff from the beginning was phenomenal....from check-in to check-out. Our room was comfy, but had a hole in the wall near the thermostat. This was reported to the front desk, and she(the front desk clerk) offered another room and stated it would be reported to management. We declined moving to another room but was reassured it was reported. At check-out the Supervisor was nice and hopeful that our stay was to our liking.
I had a really nice stay at this hotel! It was in a great location, the service was fantastic, and everything was clean and nice. It wasn't the fanciest hotel by any means, but I was there on a work trip and it served it's purpose nicely. The General Manager, Jacob, was incredibly kind as I checked in, and I was even randomly selected as "Guest of the Day" and was greeted with a bag of treats. It was a very warm welcome surprise as I had just driven all day and was a little grumpy upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're just looking for a nice, simple place to stay near the Galleria mall.
