I stay at Hilton chain hotels all the time, from Embassy Suites to Homewood to Home2 without any complaints. However, customer should not expect this hotel to be similar to other Hilton hotels. Management is terrible, looking to charge incidentals for anything and everything. Buyer beware.
This Hampton Inn is fine, not great. Easy improvements include keeping hotter, stronger coffee available, removing the child safety from the hot water in the shower (or provide consistent instructions regarding temp adjustment), and informing housekeeping when someone checks out so the staff isn't going down the hall knocking on doors in the morning...after the front desk said check out was extended until noon so "you can sleep in if you want to". :(
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Manager goes out of the way to help people. Breakfast is decent. Coffee is fresh and good. Rooms are super clean. I like this place
Nona was incredible at check in and has been so kind and personable. She truly made us feel comfortable and welcome after a long trip. The hotel itself was clean, well lit and perfect for our small family.
Today was the second time I’ve arrived after check in time and was told no rooms were ready. Last time I had things to do so it wasn’t a huge issue. This time I specifically booked the room to shower and change due to a tight schedule. It’s funny that on my last stay they wanted to charge me for late checkout, but I get no compensation for them not correctly running their business and expecting me to be ok with paying for time in a hotel room that I’m not getting.
