I was there for a work conference October 8th - 10th 2026. I must say I was impressed that the rooms were very spacious and modern. Honestly the highlight was the breakfast & lunch service provided to our group! Jose & Lupe provided the most attentive and friendly service. They answered questions, kept everything neat & clean, and provided everything we needed with a smile!!! Thank you!!
My favorite layover hotel. I detest long flights so this is my go to. Desirea has been a staple there for years and picks me up in the interlinked black Cadillac and usually I am dropped off for my early morning flights. Great staff for their proactive, professional, kind demeanor. I love the renovation. Every room now has clawfoot tubs. I always feel rested, and clean when I stay here. The bar, restaurant has good food. The sheers, shades, lightening are ideal to mitigate the sound, create ambiance-helpful in achieving peace and getting rest. Thanks everybody.
Newly renovated Hyatt in DFW terminal is awesome. Highly recommend staying here, great amenities, rooftop pool, nice restaurant with reasonable prices for a hotel and yummy food and drink. Great views of airport. Love the new gym too. Also kudos to accommodating staff. Deanna at check-in was fabulous. Would definitely host a corporate meeting in their new space on the top floor or on their meeting level!
We had the best time ever at Grand Hyatt DFW, especially with the runway room view. It made the stay feel extra special and memorable. The (Asian) receptionist working there at 3 a.m. was amazing and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by arranging for the chauffeur to take me to Terminal E before my flight, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. The chauffeur, BJ, was also great and very professional. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Everything was very convenient, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
Marcy M here. I would agree with all of the recent positive reviews of this hotel. I stayed here recently for 1 night in Rm 409 (right in front of the elevator as requested-LOL) for a Business meeting, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is convenient, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful, professional, and courteous. A special thank you to the front desk staff-*BJ, **Desiree, *Howard, *Jonathan, and Tee (server) in the restaurant. The Grand Met restaurant has great food and service. The food is a little pricey, but everything is ridiculously expensive everywhere now! Keep up the good work. I will return if/when I'm in the area.
